Well as a update the custom zaoll clothing and shoes I bought from Alice's Collection are shipping. yay
Also i added some little things to bellatrix( I made her a bonnet didn't turn out so well so no pictures of that). I also was able to get my msd girls alice dress on her but it will not zip in the back. But she looks so cute ill post some pics mabey tomorrow. Sorry for large pic not sure how to down size

I really love this shot by the way, the combination of purplish hues and yellow-orange look lovely with Bellatrix. Btw she has a sort of lip piercing now?

Hi- sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

But does anyone know if.. like.. sounds crazy- say I buy a girl body from SupiaDoll and sand the chest off, and then hybrid it with the Zaoll Luv head.. and because I'm young and not too good with proportions (not to mention that I've never seen a BJD in my life, to be honest..) would it look strange? Can anyone help me with the resin match? I don't know, since Zaoll is MSD .. and it's because I want more of a curvy, realistic body, but I'm not sure.

But on the second page, and if you look through there are several more examples of a zaoll head on female supia bodies. The proportions look nice to me but it looks like resin match may be a slight issue, but not a glaringly obvious one. Maybe you could do some blushing to match?

@yurikun: I personally have just modded my zaoll body to be a boy since his character is supposed to be really short. I think there may be some examples in the thread I listed, but I've seen a photo gallery a while ago of a zaoll luv head on the Dollmore Adam body and I thought it looked really nice . *edit* here's the gallery thread I mentioned. I hope it's ok to post it.

haha XD i've been saving for their stuff for a while and it is soo worth it. i got the sd13 girl size for them and they have the options of 'snap on' or 'no snap' i picked 'snap on' because i think its just easier to dress them that way. but if you don't want the snaps at the back it should be fine too because i tried without undoing the buttons at the back and they get in fine.

and you don't really have to remove their faceplates when you're dressing them. just be careful lol.

Thanks Mitz-ke sorry for late response. Yes bellatrix got a diamond piercing. I have no vision for her yet so I'am trying new things. Tomorrow hopefully I will pick up my alice collection package and apply her eyelashes mabey that will get my head rushing with ideas.

Question! How long does dollmore usually take to ship a zaoll?

Dollmore can be inconsistent with shipping times. It all depends on what you get with your Zaoll....Faceups take longer. Sanding seams takes longer. If you hit them when things are out of stock it can take longer. The longest I ever waited for anything from them was a month...but there are people who waited longer. My Ramie didn't take long...a couple weeks at the most.

I got mine in about two weeks, but he did not come with a faceup. He did come with clothes that I asked them to adjust to zaoll size. I guess they ran out of freebies and didn't want to make me wait for them to make more, so they put an extra free wig too?

Oh! VampireAngel13, my friend has a Lisa rubric and I asked him if he'd be willing to sacrifice her hands to see if they fit in the zaoll's arm sockets. Hes going to bring her by this weekend if he gets the chance. I've been playing around with my delf girl's extra hands and they fit very nicely in the sockets. Unfortunately the color match is way off and delfs are no longer in production

my luv took about a month-ish with custom faceup, my ramie took about two months because they were really backed up and it took them about two months.

some without faceups and stuff took about a week or at least ten days?
just a tip though check the korean holidays because then they'll be on holiday and such heh.

that would be awesome! I had thought about Delf hands too, but i know the color would be worse than Dollmore. My Zaoll has a new head now, so I won't be able to share her any more, but I'm going to keep lurking here for clothing and shoe infos...

Hey everyone, I was just curious -- do the basic Zaolls come with wigs?
I mainly ask because it says on the order pages:

* if you want the specific eyes, wig for her, please put a memo for them in "order comments"

So does that they'd come free of charge, and that you could technically get -any- wig from them for free? And eyes at that matter?
I guess I am just partially loss at the thought of that much generosity of getting free choice.

They'll give you any wig unless it's out of stock (which has only happened to me once), and any eyes. If you want eyes that are glass or "special" they charge more I think...the free eyes apply to the acrylic ones. If you don't say what you want, you'll still get eyes and a wig, but it'll be the default which is whatever is in the picture (unless they're out, in which case you'll get something similar) and possibly an 8/9....so you might want to specify a 7/8.
