Personally I love the freshskin colour, and I think it would look great with a redhead/freckles styling. It's not a very yellow colour but it has more yellow thank pink undertones. It's just creamy in an aged sort of way, where paleskin is more stark, although I assume paleskin would move towards that creamy sort of colour over time.

You and I discussed this prior to placing my order and I can't wait to see the freshskin in person! All my pale dolls are over 6 years old anyway, so yellow - if it were to be too yellow - would look right at home here!

Thanks for all the info about colour, guys. I've been sort of debating swapping my incoming fresh skin for an oriental. I am actually planning her to be a redhead, so I'm thinking she'll look great in either colour.

I have a freshskin SophB elf that I did up as a redhead with green eyes and freckles. Twigling is right that that color combo works very well. You can see a photo here. I see a lot of it with the Dollshe freshskin boys too. Please don't judge some of the earlier photos of Sophie; on those I underblushed the head (was trying for a better body match) with a yellow pastel and it definitely isn't a true reflection of the freshskin resin.

I've actually also got a couple other heads coming that I would like to try on her body. I can't wait to experiment with hybriding for the first time. Gonna try a Supia Lina and an Or-doll Anederl.
