Calling the boy fairy legend owners!

What kind of shoes do you buy for your boys? I've been having bad luck finding shoes for my boy, he can only wear a pair of boots I have that were from my azone dolls but he is not the kind of guy that would wear those boots...(and ken shoes are out of the question)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I second this. I'm really struggling to find decent shoes too. I don't like the boot parts my Auber came with and i'm having to settle for Ken shoes at the minute.

Well I don't know if FR Homme shoes would work, I keep my Kremer shoe less. I just don't know what else to put on him other than his default outfit.

i had monster high shoes on Dust before i changed him into his fairy legs. i am happy that his fairy legs do not require shoes.

Sleet will only ever have his fairy legs on so thankfully I don't need to worry about shoes for him. Clothing is another matter. As is finding the right synthetic wig *sigh*.

Got a bit of a weird question for you guys. Does anybody own both a boy and girl fairy and would you be able to tell me if the fairy legs from a girl would fit on a boy?

I've had this persistent idea about picking up a pair of transparent resin legs (Haidi, to be specific) for Sleet (Auber) because he is the minion of a Winter Storm God and those would be awesome cool for his character.

*pokepoke* Can anybody tell me if the girl legs will fit on the boys? I'm really liking the idea of the Haidi legs on my boy and I need to know if they'd fit before laying out the cash for them. Please? Somebody help? *makes pleading eyes*

There's some boy transparent resin legs on the MP right now...

I have a Metato on layaway from the MP. I've looked everywhere... is there a measurement table for these fellows?

Yep, I saw those. problem is, I want the "foot" shape with the Haidi legs. Sleet is the minion of a Winter Storm God and I like the sort of icicle shape of the feet for him when he loses his temper and access the drop of godliness that is sealed inside him.

As for measurements, nope, I don't think there is anything anywhere. Or at least I couldn't find any. If you want, I can take some measurements off Sleet for you. Bear in mind that he always has the fantasy legs on (I do have his human parts though) so his height measurement will be a little different than if he had human legs.

I don't have dolls to see how female legs would look on a male body, but I don't think they would really fit.

¿Have you thought on modifying your doll's legs with apoxie and then make a mold of the new legs and cast them in transparent resin? I suppose that wouldn't be considered recast, would it?? (I mean... it would be a new design without any commercial purposes)

You'd be amazed at what can be made to fit. I had Soom Alk/Yrie legs modded to fit on my Lume Koit and he looks amazing. There was quite a bit done to make that work, but work it does.

I assume that there would be some modding that would need to happen to the girl legs. Probably needing to build up the knee joint a little as I assume the boy legs are a little bigger than the girls. I've never modded any doll so I don't know how that'd go. But I might be able to suck up the courage to attempt it.

Also, has anyone tried a monique size 4 wig on one of the boys? My Metato's default has been annoying me lately, so I figured I'd try to find him something else

Yeah, I'd still like the measurements for the girl knee joint. I'm assuming its slightly smaller than the boys but I've got nothing to back that up *sigh*. The Soom measurements, unfortunately, don't provide that.

I've got an Obitsu size 4 wig coming in. I can post whether or not the fit is good. My Auber's default drives me nuts as it refuses to stay on even with velcro.

Been a while since I posted in here, but I finally got my CW Auber reunited with his brother and a new faceup. They both have new clothes and wigs too. Here are my twins-


I'm still not 100% on their wigs. I'd prefer something a bit shorter and more manageable but as has been mentioned wigs are hard to find in this size.

mizukitiger: My Metato has size 4 wig from mimiwoo with an elastic band. At first, it was hard to pull on and it wouldn't stay in place. But after I stretched it the situation improved) I can't say that I'm entirely happy with the quality, but until I find another wig in the necessary colour I will use this one. Also, after a good wash in hot water with some shampoo and ironing afterwards I'm much more satisfied with the way it looks now =)

Reshana: They are gorgeous! The faceup is so beautiful and suits them well.
May I know what kind of eyes are you using? It looks like they're glowing)
