Is he all together..I'm drooling to see the glowing eyes

  6. #126
    I'm still waiting for his *proper* eyes... I'm not sure how long ErsaFlora normally takes to make and ship them out ^^;
Heres a quick pic of how he is at the moment though; please pardon the lack of clothes and currently incomplete paint job, he's still very much a w.i.p!

Well I just put a Vivian on layaway (from the MP). I need to think about a face up for her. Not too many owner pictures around on Flicker so I must flick back through this thread and take a look.
I love your hybrid dolls Maudib05 and it gives me lots of ideas about potential big headed Leeke girls taking over Chateau bodies!

Congrats PrincessStarburst! I hope you share a photo or two when you get her!
Thanks Maudib05, I'm pretty excited about having a doll with glowy eyes too! He's just painted with acrylic paint right now; but it's chipping on his neck already, so I don't think I'll paint all of him black, just the bits you might see peeking out under clothes.
Aw~ You're Mikhaila/DC girl is so cute, just like a little mini-mikhaila! You've done a wonderful job blushing her head to match! Do you have any idea of her style of clothes?
There's something about these dolls just makes me want to experiment and have fun with them! xD

No idea for the style of clothes yet......this one is giving me trouble. I'm trying to figure her fashion out and I'm stumped.

Update; DOA Post#86 I did find one outfit that works

I made this cute tuelle skirt for Posy yesterday. I haven't decided on a top yet so for now it is only a ribbon and a little skimpy but I liked the photo anyways.

My Vivian arrived last week...just love her bunches! I am impressed with her resin and her posing! A quick photo of her...her name is Wren Francesa:

She's gone...or rather her head is, to see Lyvia of Motmi Polkka Field!

PrincessStarburst: Yes, Lalaloopsy clothing fits! I have one custom dress that a friend made me for my lala and the fit is perfect, but it's a little short on her....could use some matching bloomers with it[I'll have to hit her up for some!] I also have some of the manufactured LaLa dresses and they fit as well...but again, the dresses are too short and fit more like a shirt. You'll need bloomers or jeans or something to go with them. I plan on buying some LaLa dresses from Etsy...I just wanted to see what I had here that would fit first The bloomers Wren is wearing are from a Bitty Bethany dress. The dress length is perfect, bloomers are perfect, but the bodice is loose and the shoulder straps [summer dress] are too long. The YoSD shoes that I have [and I have alot of pairs] are too big...but I have some from MimiWoo that are a bit smaller and they work for her feet. Hope that helps

LittleredraggedyCongrats she's adorable. And im so glad my lala loopsy tip helped.

It looks like you had more chance to experiment with lala clothing. I was only able to find that white and red checkered dress...atleast find off the rack.

I wanna get some lala bloomers now.

Maudib05: I don't know if LaLa bloomers fit...I don't have any made specifically for the Lala's. I was going to measure the tummy of my Lalaloopsy and the waist/hips of Wren and see what, if any, the difference is before buying any of the cute sets off Etsy.

I'll try and get that measuring done today and keep you all posted. I also found a pair of jeans in my YoSD clothing that fit her perfectly! They never fit any of my other girls, so I was pretty excited! Kind of a baggy look, but cute! I'll try and take some photos and post as well. Today is laundry day at my house, and with 4 kids... But I'll try and squeeze in some dolly time

It's the only reason why I shy away from the little ones.
I worry about finding clothing for them.
