Thanks for the wig support, folks. I'm hoping in the next paycheck or two that I can rationalize either buying a mohair wig or attempting to make one for her. The one she has is sparse enough in the back that you can see the wig cap, and there's next to no way to hide it, same for a section of the front. On the upside, the wig I ordered for my other doll was spot on...though not in the right color. Frustration abounds.

Anyways, wig-less Cricket is going to come to work with me, so there may be some spam of her in the near future.

Its been very interesting to read about Fairyland Puki Puki dolls, so much so that I took the plunge
and bought one. I should get her on Wednesday so I'm really looking forward to her arrival.

Can anyone put up a picture of a Puki and a MSD doll so I can really see the size difference please, and could anyone recommend a good carry case for her?

icicle- Thanks ^ -^ I don't know how the other doll that got shipped with her survived ther journey

Cheshirekitty- Unfortunally I only have an SD doll, but she's about small enough to curl up on her lap. I'm gonna use a hard sunglasses case with some extra padding inside. Small enough to slip into a handbag but the hard exterior means should be safe from knocks and bumps.

I often carry my Pukipuki around in an eyeglasses case. A case for sunglasses can also work, but can require a little more padding so the doll doesn't rattle around.
