Thanks for that Letta, BJD's there are very expensive though. Like $900 and something for the full set. So I bet this doll would be that much as well.

empty_fullmoon Yamato USA were those who represented the doll on San Diego Comic-Con in summer. Then I saw a video from VF display on Manga Fair in Barcelona and the sign near the doll said the doll was sculped by Yamato USA and available for sale in 2012. I guess it's like Yamato ordered this doll from CP sculptors.

I've been following this thread and checked out yamato's doll prices which are indeed very high. If they do end up distributing the VF doll she'll probably be more than I want to spend on any one doll. I was really hoping for FL to end up with a 60cm doll line articulated like the Minifees. Oh well.

I would prefer that FL or even Luts would sell this doll. I am not interested in fullset, and well due to customs fees would also prefer to have it straight from Korea not USA. I really want this doll, but like I said - blank!

If Yamato does sell her what is their website? I found a Yamato for toys, but I didn't see BJDs on the site (unless I overlooked them). I agree with everyone else, I really wish FL or Luts would sell her. However, I am in love with her full set.

It's really interesting how there is no further information on this doll's release. I'm starting to wonder if she will be release during the Spring Events. Then again, at this rate, it will be a year since Fairyland first posted about her!

oh my I didn't know anything about this girl and now that I see her I just want her she's gorgeous and the outfit too!!! gah, if I had known about her possible release I hadn't take any other doll! no funds T_T

I´m new here, but I´m so glad I found this thread! I fell in love with this doll since the 1st time I saw her last summer and I want her so badly... I´ve been waiting for the release for all this time and in this thread I found suggestions abt Yamato USA and even Luts...

Can you explain me, please, what is Yamato USA? because I never heard anything about this company and I can't say I like their dolls on the web site... is it a good company?..

LOL Well, Yamato USA is kind of on-line shop selling collectable stuff like anime figures, fantasy art figures etc. Just have a look http://www.yamatotoysusa.com/ We can’t be sure they’ll really sell this doll, but they’re those whom the rights for this image doll belong to (according to Fairyland twt). Anyway Yamato never answered a question about this doll, so it’s all guess work ((( MAy be more people should try and ask them questions via their tweeter and Face Book! ^^ As for Fairyland, they seem not to have rights for the image distribution, but they might use the doll’s face sculpt as soon as the start new 60 cm doll line, IF they start one. Again no precise information ((

frankly saying, now I don't like the prospective of Yamato USA selling the doll... and IF, will she be BJD at all, not just anime-figure?))) I would prefer Fairyland of course or Luts! 60-65 cm would be perfect for me! I think, I'll check their face book...

by the way, one more question: how is Luts connected to it??

Vanilla Scorpio Luts is connected to it in one only respect - the prototype doll likeky had a delf body.
Should the doll be distributed through Yamato she will be a BJD anyway. But I don't like the perspective either, 'cause Yamato USA doen't ship overseas. I'm looking forward to seeing the girl on FL site, they kind of promised her to be available in some time - may be closer to summer.

Last week they wrote about the girl face sculpt "CP was looking forward to have it released on the new body;-D It's just that line of communication is so complicated and intertwined, a simple 'yes' and 'no' between artists has to go through more than 4/5 agents which seems to delaying the release even further. Oh, we can wish, and only wish...! :-("

Even if they dont ship overseas, I am certain there are some people in the US (like myself) who would be fine with placing the order for you and shipping it from their home. If the doll does come out US only, I would be happy to help out at no charge.
