My Clear Lan order arrived today and I have to say that I'm very pleased with the items I ordered. I've not tried them on Gem yet but they certainly look nice and the quality looks really good for the price too. I am going to make some leggings to go with a couple of the tops I got so as soon as I'm done I'll take some photos.

Cute spam! It feels like I've been waiting forever and I don't think they are due in till May! I've gotten dolls from newer orders in lightning fast time so it makes the wait for my limhwa girls seem even longer!

I made the order from Clear Lan and thought it will not reach in time. But now I see it was vainly. Outfits will have to wait for the arrival of my Mari

Yes, I'm hoping to order more stuff from Clear Lan too! I am happy with the 6 items that I received, so now I will also have to save for more. I also found some Momoko patterns on line which I've saved and printed off with a view to making some more things for her. I have so many ideas and not enough time, I really don't know where the hours go!!!!

My goodness Emsinnott, is that how long they take then? When did you order?

I ordered in January... I'm hoping it doesn't take quite so long as May but I haven't heard anything and I don't want to start bothering Emory (at Junkyspot) now.
I'm glad you all have spam and can understand my impatience!

emsinnott, Emory said it takes 60 days after submitting the order for the doll to arrive. It's been 42 days now (no, I'm not counting, ). But I saw it was almost 3 months for the last preorder to reach Emory.
But I think we must must believe in best

It took 2 months for Sara and Mari to arrive, so maybe the wait is not too long for everyone to get their girls.

I need to redo the faceup on my Mari, which finally got a name: Texas Bones. I've tried different shoes on her and she stays barefoot... I can't find shoes that fit for my life! can somebody remind me of which shoes do fit our girls?

Hello everyone! I haven't much been around DoA since 2006 (wow)! But recently started thinking about BJDs again, and I think a To You will be in my near future! Just wanted to introduce myself, since I've been looking through this thread and ogling your lovely girls.

Pretty much stalking Junky Spot now... waiting for the next pre-order! In the mean time deciding on Sara or Mari, thinking about clothes and wigs and eyes etc... ahh, it does come back naturally even after a few years, doesn't it!

I wish I could find more shoes for Maeve siruveru she needs black shoes to wear with her clear-lan clothes. atm she just has these flats from RRG. A previous doll had broken the straps on them and so I pulled them off and the fit Maeve quite nicely - but the skull doodads on the side aren't really her thing!!

That isn't that bad of a wait at all! I already have a little area of the doll room that has tiny little wigs, eyes, boots and clothes for them when they get here! They're not here and they're already being spoiled!

Welcome back dicebox! And yes, I haven't been away but I'm sure that it would easily come back.....BJDs are very demanding of our time and money!
