He then smiled and walked back to join his wife and walked on!!!!
    Oh what fun!!!
I have had that happen to me too (but with a DT doll) but I do still blush so much when I am caught photographing dolls in public.
So well done to you feeling more comfortable doing it than you thought it would be!

And I just love these photos of Gem on her day out!!!
    Have fun!

Thank you Stille, glad you liked the photos.....and the tee shirt. I made it for one of my Blythes using a Simplicity for Blythe pattern, there are quite a few things on it that should work for the Limhwa girls.

Thanks so much miss mabel! I had to laugh at the vision I had of you on the floor of the rest room!!!! It's a wonder you weren't all dirty when you got up again!! The lengths we go to to get the photos we want!!!

Yes, that feeling of foolishness never seems to go away but perhaps it will fade a bit in time!

Great news on the new dolls arriving soon! Hopefully we'll get lots more photos soon!

Oh definitely! I was just going over my tiny collection of tiny wigs, eyes, outfits and shoes that I have saved up for my girls! I hope at least 90% of what I've bought them fit!
Though it'd be better if 100% of the items fit!!!

Seriously! I was beginning to worry that if my To You Sara didn't get here soon, I'd end up spending more on her clothing and such than I did for her!

I have been tempted to buy things for her very often!

It's been a while since I came here... I love all the new spam ! And I can't wait to see the new girls coming.

I'm now in Japan and brought Sayumi with me, but I didn't take her out yet. Hopefully I'll be able to bring her out for cherry blossom viewing... flowers should open quite soon !

Meanwhile, I went to Tokyo's "little Korea" (a place called Shin-Ookubo) and bought a Big Bang calendar... Sayumi loves it.

dambuster01 - Where did you get momoko patterns? Do you have any links? I would like to make some clothes but I'm not sure where to start Thanks!!

Sorry all for the mega posting. I was way behind and trying to catch up and comment! I'm finally on spring break from class so now I can work on some projects shortly for Cosette. I had also gotten more viscose to make another new wig. I got ash blonde and the photo didn't do it justice. The color is more like strawberry blond or a very tender reddish light brown color. I can't wait to make it. I got it from http://ooakartistemporium.com/DollHair.html

I can't decide to put bangs or not or make short hair or keep it the natural length. What do you think?
I also found you can make a nice pliable hair style like curls with a light spray of laquer ( used testors gloss cote). Anyways <3 Hope you all are doing wonderful. I am so excited for everyone getting their saras soon!! Hurray!!

    Here's the color :

That is a lovely photo of Sayumi, Hinotori, she looks very natural standing there looking at the calendar. I really look forward to some photos from Japan!!! I envy you being there, are you there for a holiday or living there now?

I really look forward to seeing your photos of Cosette in Japan too! What a great place to be! And I'm sure your friend won't mind......too much!! LOL

For the patterns I just did a search on Google for Momoko patterns and found a few, but also I have one of those Japanese pattern books and it has lots of Blythe, Momoko and Unoa patterns in it. If you can get them in Japan then brilliant! Mine is called Dolly Dolly Coordinate Recipe 6 and has Unoa Sist on the front. Also if you want to email me I can attach the patterns I found on the internet as I didn't keep the links, I just downloaded and saved the patterns. My email address is dambuster01@yahoo.co.uk and I can then send them to you as attachments.

The same goes for anyone else who'd like the few patterns that I have, sent to them as attachments.

Thanks for that info Sonaa. I have a couple of pairs of the Only Hearts shoes but I can't get those on my Gem's feet!!!

Thanks again Sonaa! I'm not so good at doing tutorials, but I will see what I can do!!!

That is a lovely colour! I really look forward to seeing the competely wig. I have made wigs with lambswool before and would like to make another for Gem but find it harder to get the lambswool here in Europe nowadays. The UK seller I used to buy from seems to have gone AWOL!

I love wigs with a fringe/bangs best on most of my dolls and Gem is one of the very few who doesn't have them.....

    UPDATE:

Here is the site that I found several patterns, hope it is useful to anyone who likes to sew!

    http://housepotatoes.com/dressup/

I'm glad I found it again as although I'd downloaded the patterns, I'd actually forgotten to save the instructions!
