My Sara is now in Spanish customs....keeping everything crossed that she'll get through without ransom or at the very most, a small fee......and hopefully she'll be here by about Wednesday!!!

Jerry: I don't know where they sell tiny eyelashes, but this link has a neat tutorial on how to make your own with a paint brush or makeup brush. I'm planning to try making my own for Sara with this method, once I do her faceup.

I think I'm going to try Ebay and see if I can find some teeny tiny lashes... the wait for these girls is REALLY killing me! I'm waiting for 5 DOLLS!!! ARGGGHHHH!!!

Try looking for lower eyelashes. Sometimes they are available separately, but you may have to buy a set and just use the lower eyelashes.

And what a cutie she is! I was expecting small because of what everyone says, but she isn't quite as small as I thought she'd be.....these girls are a very nice size, aren't they!! And very nicely made; I love the delicate hands and feet, and her face is very pretty!

And Anita, bless her, has sent me lots of goodies too, so my girl will not be bald, eyeless or naked for long! How sweet is that!

Hopefully I will get some photos later. I just have to get these dogs to sleep at the same time so that I can get a small bit of dolly time!

I can't wait to start sewing for her! I am a happy bunny!

Thanks Jane, it was super fast, just a week! And no customs fee, which has to be an added bonus too!

Anyway, without further ado, here is a photo of her in the outfit that Anita sent with her. The wig is one I had already for my now adopted Lati White Spec. Eyes were sent by Anita too! Hat is by Feltland, again for Lati White Spec., and socks belong to Blythe. I have been through my dolls clothes boxes and think I have quite a few things that might fit her, though maybe she will need some leggings to go with them as some will be a bit short. Shoes are the biggest challenge, but I feel I'm not alone with that one! In this photo she is wearing a pair of rubber/plastic shoes from my childhood Sindy, or maybe it was Paul her boyfriend, but they are ancient and rather dirty yellow (well I suppose they are more than 40 years old!)....although not too bad in the photo!

She really is utterly delightful and I love how you have styled and dressed her. I think I prefer the white wig too but the bob really suits her too.

Now I didn't think about trying Sindy shoes! My goodness I have a big enough collection of those!!!

Jane, please let me know how you get on with the Sindy shoes. I can't remember if these are for Sindy or her boyfriend Paul...but I'm leaning towards Paul.

Yay! She arrived safely. Sara looks great in both wigs. I like the brown bob wig. I had forgotten what outfit I sent.LOL I can't wait for you to get Clear Lan order. Yes shoes are a challenge. I like the boots her!
