sfbeck: Great picture! Now I need to know where you got the wigs? They are so full and pretty.
    Very cute!

Lisa: Wow you amaze me! I cannot sew that small. The dress is perfect.

Asako Thank you for the compliment on wig. These little ones are so much fun.

Lisa - your girl looks so cute perched on her coordinating cotton reel, nice touch. And great job on the outfit - did you use a pattern? I know how easy it is to start something but finishing take some effort.

Dizzy: Thank you! I do appreciate that. Yes, I did use a simple little dress pattern that I had for Lati White/Realpukis. I had to alter it a bit, though, because Amelia is so tiny compared to them. I actually hand-sewed 99% of this outfit. I found that it was much easier and actually fun to do more than machine sewing. I just haven't had much luck sewing something this tiny on my sewing machine. I had never handstitched anything like this either, though, but I really did enjoy it. Thanks again!

sfbeck: Schoepfer has 6mm glass eyes. http://www.schoepferseyes.com/

In fact, in the miniatures section, the go all the way down to 3mm glass eyes.

Anyone know if Amelia's factory made clothes fit Pukipuki? Thanks!

The dress with attached leggings that came on my basic Amelia is way to small for my Puki even though it is stretchy - Amelia's legs and tummy are really skinny. Some of the separate outfits for Amelia look too big on her so they may fit.

Thanks! I was referring to the Sweet Treats Halloween outfits. I suppose they will not fit.

Oliveoil: I actually have both--Pukipukis and the Sweet Treats set--and, no, Amelia's clothes will not fit Pukipukis--and vice versa. Amelia is just way too tiny like Dizzy said. I have to say that Amelia is the tiniest BJD that I've ever seen--so far anyway. That's what makes her so cute, though!

Lisa is right--Amelia is really slim, and her factory outfits don't fit Puki. Maybe some of the hand crochet dresses would fit though. I'm not sure.

Thanks for the link to the fabulous eyes. I do love Amelia as a blonde I have to say.
The outfits are so sweet sfbeck and wow Lisa you did a fabulous job on that tiny little dress. The necklace is the perfect finishing touch.
People were looking at me like I had a transgendered potato in my bathroom

I finally finished my Amelia's fall outfit now that it's almost Christmas! I'll have to work on her Christmas outfit next--and quickly! Time flies as you all know, and Christmas will be here before you know it. Anyway, I am pleased with her little outfit. It's the first doll outfit that I've ever sewn and completed--completed being the key word! Amelia is happy with it, so I am, too.

Thanks, Lisa, and others who responded to my floating dolls picture (Oliveoil, Bev,etc.). Lisa, your hand-made dress is amazing! You must have incredible patience to hand sew anything!

Cyberspace girl, thank you for the link to tiny eyes. I've bookmarked the site, since I have bjd's even tinier than Amelia! (Dream High Studio micros are only 5.5 cm.) Here's a picture of one of my Dream High kids next to a Puki Puki:

And next to a Real Puki:

Oh my gosh, they are so tiny but so cute!

Oh my - they are miniscule - tiny in size but big on personality, I love them. Now they would be a challenge to sew for....

sfbeck: Thank you so much! That is so sweet of you to say! I appreciate you posting the pics of your micro BJDs. They are definitely the tiniest BJDs that I've ever seen! They are so cute, too! To be so tiny, you definitely have them well-dressed. Really amazing how tiny they are! Your Pukis are adorable as well.

Oliveoil, Dizzy and Lisa, thanks for saying such nice things about my micros. I need to take pictures with my Amelias and micros together. That would be cute!

Lisa, the micros are wearing clothes made for Heidi Ott doll house babies. I'm so glad I don't have to create anything for them.
