Oliveoil: Thank you so much! Congrats on your new Amelia! That's terrific! I know you'll love her. The blonde wig is wonderful!

I have been playing with Amelia and Sweet Treats (I need names for these girls). I am still not sure about Sweet Treats but Amelia needs a friend.

I love your sweet treats! her blonde hair somehow suits her tiny delicateness. Then again, I also love your Amelia, that is a really nice wig she has on.
I have ordered 3 tiny wigs hoping they will fit my Millie and they have charged me $33 postage!!!

I have been sewing and knitting for Millie - this is the first one I have put fastenings on.The knit is an adaptation of Wovenflame's knitting patterns for Pukipuki (they are too big for our Amelias).

Dizzy! Great outfit! I love the dress and sweater. Thank you on my Amelia and Sweet Treats, but actually, it is basic Amelia wearing the blonde wig.
Wow, $33 is a lot of money for shipping!

Oops - I didn't realise they had different faceups (although on closer inspection I see yours has some adorable freckles as well). Thank you for the compliment. I love to sew for my dolls and there are a pile of dresses for Amelia but I make it a rule not to photograph them until they have the snaps or buttons( and I hate sewing on snaps and buttons...)

Horrible postage is the price I pay for doll collecting at the bottom of the world .

Oliveoil: Your girls are just precious! I am so happy for you getting your new Sweet Treats Amelia. Amelias are so much fun to play with! Even though I originally intended on selling off my Basic Amelia after getting my Sweet Treats set, I have now toyed with the idea of keeping her as a friend for my Sweet Treats, too. I'm not sure. I've loved her from the day I got her, though I do favor my Sweet Treats a little more. They are both so cute and tiny that it may be hard to sell one off. I don't have to or anything, but I just told myself that I really don't need two. Maybe I do??? Seeing your two girls together makes it even harder. I don't want to make a mistake.

Dizzy: The outfit you sewed and knitted for Millie is absolutely gorgeous! I just love it! You are really talented and did a wonderful job! Awesome! Wow! They sure charged you a lot of postage for your wigs. I do hope they fit.

Thank you Lisa - you always have lovely comments to make. I am hoping the wigs fit too - I will report the results when they arrive. Hopefully at that price shipping, they will have been sent expedited and I won't have to wait the normal 2 weeks.

I am hoping Tonner will eventually produce another mold or at least another skin colour to be Amelia's friend. And I wish they would do another shoe style...

Dizzy: I do hope you get your wigs quickly. I would think that would be expedited shipping, too, so hopefully you will. I am also hoping that WI/Tonner will produce a friend for Amelia, like they did Ellowyne. I would like to see that and more individual clothes and wigs. After sleeping on it, I think I may go ahead and list my extra Amelia anyway. I really do only want one of her, even though they are cute together. I really really hope Robert comes up with a new friend for Amelia soon--that would be so exciting! Yes, they definitely need to come up with some new shoes for Amelia--big need there for sure.
