* What did you order? Volks x BABY the Stars Shine Bright Black Rocking Horse Shoes
* When did you order? May 9, 2011
* How was the communication? Very easy; Natalie is very quick to respond!
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy--I used the PayPal option, although they did change a processing fee.
* How long did it take to ship? My order shipped quickly--May 12, 2011. Due to the US postal service, I received the shoes on July 1. :/
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The quality of the shoes is absolutely fantastic. I paid more than the original sales price of the item, but I don't feel that I paid an unjustly high price. It would have cost me just as much to buy the shoes used from the Marketplace, and these shoes were new in the package.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? It looked exactly like the sales pictures.
* Were you satisfied with the product? I am very satisfied! Not only are the shoes amazing high quality--which I expected from the manufacturer--it was easy to purchase them from Dollfie World and they were packaged very well. The shoes arrived in an envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a cardboard sleeve to protect from crushing.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Although I was satisfied, there were issues with my order. My package arrived in the US and was listed as being delivered despite the fact that I had not received it. I contacted Natalie to ask her for more details about my package and its record of mailing so that I could investigate with the post office. She was very courteous and helpful, providing all of the information I requested. I eventually discovered that the postal service had erroneously scanned AND misplaced my item. Natalie did not make my package magically appear, but she was very attentive and helpful with all of my questions, which I really appreciated during the ordeal.
* Would you order from this company again? Yes, I would.
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? N/A--the products were not manufactured/made by Dollfie World, but distributed/resold by them.

* When did you order? - 6th July
* How was the communication? - excellent, I was notified when my payment was accepted, when my package was put into the mail and when my package started moving.
* How easy was it to pay? - very easy, there were several methods, but I chose Paypal (there is a surcharge for using Paypal though)
* How long did it take to ship? - I received the package on 11th July.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? - Yes, I've been looking for them for a while and these were brand new and in their box.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? - yes.

EXCELLENT. Fast, helpful, to the point.

* How easy was it to pay?

Super easy. Paypal. Immediate.

* How long did it take to ship?

Very fast. The next day or day after. I never have to worry, Natalie is reliable.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

I go tot Natalie for items I know I would not be able to acquire otherwise? She has helped me get outfits and dolls I could NEVER have purchased otherwise. She does mark the items up but for me it is totally worth it. If you were to try and buy them via rinkya or YJ! it would almost be the same.

Yes, 310%. All items new as promised and in packaging. Awesome!

* Were you satisfied with the product?

Yes.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

I've made 12 orders and never been unhappy. If I were, Natalie does offer a return policy and I believe in her customer service. She's been nothing short of superior.

Yes.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?

Yes, though it would depend on the last purchaser and their care of the item- not the face that DW sold the item first hand.
