Thank you for the spam! It's super awesome to see so many new Mia owners! She's something special! I got mine blank. Hopefully my mediocre face up skills will be able to do her justice. I just couldn't afford a face up yet. *sigh* In any case, I'm really looking forward to her. Anyone else get her blank?

She'll be my second Luts doll (and luts dolls are gorgeous!), and my first SD. I'm pretty stoked. I just sent my first layaway payment today and I'm all starry-eyed. She gives me an excuse to get an SD boy someday soon too.

I've always loved Luts, and I was never sure why I didn't own a few them. Somehow they always kept getting passed up, even though my grail and the first doll I ever fell in love with was Spica (who I'd love to have on a senior delf girl body). Dolls are snowball. you can never have enough! For me it's the little things you can buy for dolls, especially shoes, that make me love them so darned much. I just love little things. Now with my SD I'll have all different sizes and so many little things to buy.

I ordered Mia as well, and I ordered her blank. ^^ I've been poking about this thread, taking notes on what fits these girls. She's my first Luts girl, and is sized a bit differently than my other two big girls -- a Supia and an Iplehouse SID girl. And I didn't order her any clothes.

She's either going to have to share with my bigger girl or some of my boys, or be naked with the boots that I ordered with her if I can't find anything I like for her before she gets here. xD

You and I seem to be in several of the same threads, Quirked. :P We must have similar taste! I'm hoping she fits into some of the Dollheart stuff I've been collecting because of my obsession with small things. XD I guess it just gives me an excuse to buy clothes and dolls to fit them. :P

Hi! I'll also be getting Mia on layaway, she's a christmas/birthday present from my partner because he thought she was to beautiful to miss out on XD

She's going to be my first Luts girl too so I've got absolutely nothing for her to wear yet other than the Red Night stuff ordered with her. Still I can't wait to have her home, I agree that Luts dolls are just amazing

I've been browsing the Dollheart website lately and really like some of their SD13 boy shoes, I've read that SD13 boys have 7cm feet whereas SDF have 8cm feet so I'm guessing they won't fit but has anyone tried any before?

Yes that's exactly what I feels lately with all the dolls companies >.< At first I want Mia but it's too expensive for me, and I begun my journey to dig into all the dolls companies in hope to get 1 in cheaper price, and surprised by how cheap is dolls in certain companies @.@ And then Luts offers layaway, I was like: "I really need to get her. I've got the chance to get her and I bet I 'll regret if I don't" and end up order her haha....

Ohhh! I'm also interrested in this information.

I'm considering putting my 2011 event head on a girl body (it's even more girly than the habitual Luts. XD to my opinion).

I've looked on Luts website and they said that the 2008 event head was a little too big to put on SDF girl body.
Overall, it seems that the SDF boys heads are larger than girls'... But there is no resin color match problem at least.

Does someone happen to know if there is already a SDF boy on a SDF girl body out there?

Mirving, I've seen a SDF Annette head on a SDF boy body before. Maybe it works in reverse? There is also a user here who has an '08 girl. I don't know what body she has the head on. Here username is Rillja, if you want to ask her.

Celestila: Thanks a lot for the information. However, the neck of the boy body could have been modded to fit the Annette head if it was too large. The reverse process is a little more complicated than mere sanding alas (one can put epoxy to fill the gap or just leave it this way).

Sorry this is two days late; I just saw this.

Volks and Infinitidoll are the two that spring to mind. You're looking for a pale yellow-normal, so you've got some options. B&G used to match pretty well, but they've switched to environmental resin recently so you'd need to find an old body. Dreamingdoll used to match really well too. Are you looking to hybrid for a specific reason? That would help narrow the field a bit.

My real problem with them is they're much too muscular and detailed for my taste.
However they're type 3 body is beautiful~

But Gah... $480 for that as an option part is A LOT of money seeing that the full dolls are $11 more. @_@;

I was thinking about ordering a new doll from luts with the option 3 body at a total of $543...

I don't blame you on that reasoning - they pretty much devalue the crap out of their heads when they set prices for their bodies. XD The problem is that your alternatives aren't much cheaper. You could always buy a full doll and sell the head or keep it and have them body share.
