Andre is a Frey. And he can totally cross his legs like in the first picture. That is almost exactly the first pose I put him in when I got him! XD

Andre has the mobility thigh joints, but since I was a new doll owner at the time I didn't really use them.

Speaking of which, I'm enjoying the posing pics, guys! Can anybody show me a photo of how far the elbow on the SDF boy type 2 or 3 will bend? Can they put their hand to their chest like the girl and the SSDF, or are they unable to fold their elbow all the way like the JDF? My guy's on the taller body so I've no idea.

That's part of it, but the Type 1 can do something like that so I'm also wondering if he can bend his arm farther. My girl is bending her arm back here (linked because she's in her undies!). See how she can bend her elbow nearly all the way? Can the SDF boy do that? I know the SSDFs can, but the JDFs can't (brb, crying forever), so I was wondering which elbow peanut they had.

My wife and I were debating the merits of getting a future boy with the Type 1 vs the Type 2, and the LUTS pictures don't seem to indicate that they can do that pose, but I can't believe they'd have the girls do it and not the boys.

He's dressed, wigged and face-upped like a girl, but you're going to get a male body under that because, as far as I know, there is no female JDF body. I just always wonder how many people ordered and got something they didn't expect.

But, that's off topic, I guess. Do you guys think Mia will be available as a basic set after the event? She's really pretty. I'm not sure she beats Eveline in my esteem, but she might grow on me.

I think they assumed you knew what you were getting since there isn't a girl body. Though I remember getting excited when he was released thinking they might have made one. Alas, no dice.

Anything's possible. I would've sworn there would never be another Dreaming Abadon release, but he's up in the My Choice right now. Either way, I like Mia. She looks more mature than some of the other SDF girls and I'm always happy to see photographs like those where you can tell her body is a great poser.

Plus I want those hands, OMG! :O

In other news, my Juniper is finally on her way back to me from her extended vacation in Vermont with a new faceup so I can finally take some new shots of her.

Good! I miss the Juniper spam. I almost would go for Juniper over Eveline, but for the character I have in mind, I think Eveline works better.

And you're right, it's the mature face that I like about Mia. I couldn't put my finger on it.

I got home today to find the box containing hers and our Rona's heads sitting on our steps in the pouring rain. Luckily it was a relatively waterproof box! XD

Mia is so. Incredibly. Gorgeous. If I wasn't broke, I would probably have already placed an order by now ^_^; maybe if I can scrounge the money together... But probably not Oh well, if worst come to worst, there'll probably be one or two who show up on the marketplace.


By the way, I don't know how many of you are really interested, but I managed to get a photoshoot together with my Quintus boy today http://www.denofangels.com/forums/sh...31#post8485431 You can't really tell in those pictures, but he managed to show as much of his legs as he POSSIBLY could in that shoot >.>; He's quickly becoming my 'loose' doll, even though he has the tightest elastic out of my entire crew '<.<

...Last note, does anyone know why there isn't a Quintus Database? Should I make one? If so, what should I call it?

my cian has been such a pain to me eversince i got him in 07. His joints are so tight he's constantly kicking me putting his eyes in because of this huge s hook in the way. He will never pose for me the way i want him to. Today i decided to wire him helped out a little. I love my nixus to death but he's been so difficult. I am thinking about just selling him or sending him to someone who can do some serious work on him. And he's my first doll too so I hate I had such a pad first experience my next doll will definitely be a msd size
