Paging Wind_Barot - RESOLVED

I bought a Soom Shoshon from Wind_Barot. He arrived in a good condition but without S-Hooks for the hands and the authentification papers which are really important to me. I wrote her 2 messages about the problem and got no answer for over a week. She has been online every day...after I read her other feedback I`m really dissapointed in her....I only want the authentification papers. I don`t need the S-Hooks anymore because I already bought some new.

I'm really sorry about my lack of communication. I forgot to answer or I may have thought the answer and belived I had sent the answer. I've sent a pm to you, I'll check if I didn't ship it with his other parts or if it is here. I don't remember if I said authentification papers was included, I probably didn't because I would remember such long english word, but I'll check anyway.

You got your Shoshon directly from Soom so why didn`t you send the papers with him? I could understand if I had him for already a few months and can`t find the papers now...but I really want them please D:

I don't wanna be rude, but I don't think my soom's order and what/when I received it is relevant since we're talking about our deal. I said what was included, head + body + face up and you never asked about the papers. Yet, I said I was gonna take a look here - I have a LOT of boxes, bubble paper, and papers (even soom's papers) - and ship it to you. You don't have to be cynical about this.
