phanuel - Thanks for the information about the batter-operated dollhouse lighting, and about the sale! I think I will get some of those when I am ready. Probably not in time for the sale, but I love knowing there are battery lights so I don't have to wire.

Congratulations on your new Catsy, Kitty Blue! She looks purr-fect and, like phanuel, I really like her eye color, too. Love seeing your pics of her - she makes such a cute kitty pal for your Keiyoko! And don't worry about your pic! So long as a pic features an on topic doll, it's okay if an off topic one makes an appearance in it, according to DOA rules.

Love his little mustachio, and oh my how adorable a tiny cane...the lamps the desk, everything is just so cool and in scale...I can't wait to start searching or building a little house for my Catsy and friends. I just purchased a few other tiny tiny BJDs so they may be sharing Zymina's home or sleeping out in the garden..lol.Got my lamps today. I got all these miniatures, except the lamps, when I was collecting for my Nero Wolfe displays. It's amazing what's available in 1/12 scale. So, I've actually got Marcel Proust sitting at Wolfe's desk!
Most of my Catsy backgrounds are scrapbooking paper but the Asian toile is actually dollhouse wallpaper. It takes me forever to draw things like mustaches in Photoshop. Would you lovely Catsy owners be so kind as to tell me what is included with my doll if I were to buy a Catsy the next time they are in stock on elfdoll? I'm in love with the Catsy3 girl. She's orange! XD I want to know in detail, like all body parts and option parts, if there's any clothes, etc... Thank you!!! Oh, and no I won't be ordering the sleeping face so I know that won't be included.

Welcome to the Catsy thread, nikopiko! Elfdoll has posted they will be opening Catsy and other tiny dolls up again for ordering in March. When you order any of the Catsy dolls, including the orange that has caught your eye, you'll receive the complete doll, including a snap on tail. These newer Catsy cats have magnetic paws and bare feet. They will also come with an extra pair of shoe feet. In the case of the orange Catsy cats, the shoe feet are a pair of beige boots. You can see these on Elfdoll's site by clicking on the description of these dolls. They come without clothing. There are outfits you can purchase for them from Elfdoll. They can also wear other clothes like some Bratz Kidz, Heidi Ott, Barbie's sister Kelly and DollinStyle's new 14 cm line (available at Denver Doll Emporium and directly). The price in the past has been $250 for the complete nude doll and shipping was free with purchase of $250 or more, but they will no longer be including free shipping like that this year. Whether this will cause them to adjust their prices downward to account for that remains to be seen. I'm hoping that's the case.

The only thing I need help with is waiting until March for the next release of the dolls! XD It feels so far away and I'm being tempted to spend my money on other dolls. I only have 1 dollhouse size girl right now and I feel it would be best to expand on my current 1/12 scale collection by getting a Catsy, but I *hate* having to wait for elfdoll to release more dolls, and then hope I catch it in time to get the doll I want. I haven't found any other vendors that sell Catsy, are there any you guys know of?

Unfortunately, no other venders sell Catsy anymore, nikopiko. Elfdoll once sold through a handful of dealers, but now only sells direct. You can always try the Marketplace here to see if anyone is looking to part with one, if you don't want to wait. I understand your situation, though. There are a lot of great dolls out there and that makes it incredibly difficult to wait for one. Catsy is a great dollhouse sized doll. It's why I love these cats so much. There are so many cool 1:12 scale accessories and furniture out there that work well with them.
Aww, what a shame! XD Elfdoll would probably get a lot of impulse buyers if they had their dolls constantly available for pre order at least. And yes I am a marketplace troll, so who knows! Thank you so much for helping me!

As for monster high dolls they are much taller about the height of the regular bratz doll. They are very slender but the Catsy is much much smaller. All my dolls are still in boxes at the moment, but no they wouldnt work for Catsy.
