egura - The Granado nuevo body's neck is a little short for Edria. So you need to put something to make it longer. I used a small size neck thing you can get from Cool Cat on Ebay, plus a silicon disc. That makes it about right. I'll take some nude pictures soon.

The Granado "normal pink" is a very good match for Edria normal skin though Edria is still a tad darker.

I think Edria's head would be way too big in proportion to the DT Elf body.

I wonder if the Doll Family body has a good matching skin tone? I know the normal yellow is not a good choice because I have one and compared it to normal skin Edria. The Doll Family bodies, while not the most detailed sculpts, are pretty darn nice and have bust size choices. And economical too.

xreina - I don't think they rerelease her in unlimited amount, it doesn't written in the sell page but as far as I know LLT normaly restock just 10-30 heads max.

Edria on Mirodoll is good choice! but I'm still looking for slender body like DT Elf, though I'm not sure about the proportion. Does anyone here tried edria on Elf body yet?

Here are pictures of Edria normal skin on the Granado Nuevo body in pink normal. She has the neck thing to make the neck proportion more to my liking. I felt her neck looked too short without the adaption. I love the overall proportions of the head/body.

The upper torso has lots of movement which was quite annoying until I did glue sueding and then it behaved. Now I like how the upper torso will bend.



The elbows have a very nice bend/range of motion. But the wrists have very limited range of motion which was disappointing to me. I just have a thing about good range of motion in the wrists.



Sits easily on her own.



The lower torso piece is really annoying. Wants to pop out. I tried glue sueding but it just started peeling off. Maybe tightening would help but the stringing is so totally insane that I don't want to even attempt it.

As you can see, the resin match is good but not 100% perfect.

Jay - Thank you for suggestion ^_^ DF body is interesting but it's a little bit taller than what I have in mind, so I'll just consider new Switch body and Spirit Elegance again.

Thanks for the review! What a shame that the range of movement is limited in the wrists...with how versatile the posing is for the rest of the body I think that's an unfortunate oversight by the designers. But I'm also picky about wrists, not everyone is :: shrugs ::

I've just got tracking no. from Miho today and after checked EMS status and called my friend (I told LLT to send my Edria to her address, just for convince her to get her own edria. not exactly what I meant for in the first place but if it works out well. that's would be nice!)

and little edria is now at my friend's home. She arrived today which is my birthday. ,,= =,,

Btw, I got my Edria head two days ago DHL shipped the head in less than 3 days She is really lovely, the resin is like velvet, very smooth. It's different type of resin than my other dolls, maybe more like french one... though I do not know. The quality of head is amazing

I'm also wondering if LLDT resin has some french resin in it. My Edria head seems somewhat more luminescent than my other heads.

Eh. I've cracked and placed an order for an NS Edria with half-closed eyes. I've been shilly-shallying about sculpts for my character Kundry for a while now and - well, I love my Roderich head so much (including his resin; I think it's wonderful) that I just know Edria isn't going to disappoint me. So I got her to be Roderich's wife.

Now to plot for a body. I need a tall one. *goes to check thread*

Ooh, Sigune, I'm so excited that you've decided on an Edria for Kundry, and I really hope she works out for you! I've got my Edria on a Feeple65 body right now, but if you're curious about a taller body, I have a NS Popodoll 68cm female body available to work with as well. Another relatively tall option that's known to go well with the Edria head is the Spiritdoll Proud body.

I have seen your lovely, stylish Edria on the Feeple65 body and I think it's absolutely perfect. But those bodies are hard to get, aren't they? :/ I'd go with the Granado body, even though it's shorter, because I love Granado - but I already have Florie on one and I'd prefer Kundry to have a different body... Spiritdoll might be a more realistic option. I do like the look of that body. 68 cm may be a bit too much; I'd like her to be taller than her husband, but at 68 cm she'd tower over him .

I thought I should add this picture of Edria on a Little Monica 58cm Harmony body while I still have it. I like a taller body with this head, but if you want a smaller girl it could work. Yeah, it is a pain that the F65 bodies aren't sold separately by Fairyland. However, they do turn up now and then in the DoA marketplace, if you aren't averse to playing the watchful waiting game. The Spiritdoll body is a great one, though; it's svelte yet sturdy/stable, has several bust options, and stands 66cm in heels, 67cm tops in platform heels, so not quite so tall as the Popodoll body, the Dollmore Model F (68cm), or the Loongsoul Grace body (69cm).

Lace Princess, I didn't know that body... It's definitely nice, but much too small for my own purpose - and yours, apparently .

It surprises me to see that quite a few people put Edria on a small(ish) body; at 22 cm hers seems like a fairly large head...?

meili-melee, the body will have to wait a while because I've just ordered a body for Ragnell, my Supia Rosy, and I want to spread the Body Buying a bit :p. Mind you, once the head arrives, I'll probably want the body as quickly as possible . So I do intend to keep an eye on the MP in any case. I'm very taken with the Spiritdoll body though, so that will likely be the one she gets in the end.

Even before she has arrived, Edria is already making me very happy . I'm just so relieved to have settled on a sculpt for my favourite among the wives, and Edria + Spiritdoll is probably as close as I'll ever get to my vision of Kundry. Maybe she'll look a bit gentler than usual, but 1) I have understood now that Edria can pull off several different looks, and b) my only regret for Morgana is that she looks perennially stern. It suits her, to be sure, but I wish once in a while the girl could just relax a bit. *grins* So I'd rather not give Kundry a grumpy face, even though she's the Snooty Queen of Grump.

Huh. Why couldn't I have realised all this earlier? No character has caused me as much agony as she has :p.
