I'm starting a feedback thread for Pluto Dolls as she doesn't seem to have one^^.

Pluto Dolls is a small company in Korea which makes BJD heads.

* What did you order? Limited Ezekiel SD-sized head with face-up
* When did you order? 7 January 2011
* How was the communication? Very good. I could contact Pluto through the board and by email. She always replied quickly.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy with PayPal
* How long did it take to ship? The head was shipped as soon as he was finished
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes - even better in person
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very satisfied - I love him!
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

* When did you order? August 29
* How was the communication? Very good - anything I posted on the order board was answered within a day.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy with PayPal
* How long did it take to ship? Only 10 days after I ordered!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes - even better in person, with a wonderful faceup - and the packaging was amazing!
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so - so much that I want to order another sculpt very soon!
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

* What did you order? Limited Moonchild Full set one-off
* When did you order? 5-28-12
* How was the communication? There was no need for communication! The new website is super easy to use and links you over to paypal to pay and then back for confirmation when you finish! I was impressed with the new website
* How easy was it to pay? See above...super easy! Lovely website now, much easier to use.
* How long did it take to ship? The order arrived on 7-13-2012 and only took about 3days from Korea!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes is an understatement~ I couldn't be happier! I adore him
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes - even better in person~ There was a change in the hat style but, yes, I actually read the fine print and knew it may be different and the change is wonderful.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so! I would love to order again! The new body makes it very handy to order since you can get a complete doll and not a floating head
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

I ordered through a dealer so there was no communication with the company.

* How easy was it to pay?
I paid via PayPal, as usual.

* How long did it take to ship?
The doll arrived on November 20th, keep in mind that she made a detour to the dealer.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely! It was the most beautiful box opening I ever had and the doll is absolutely gorgeous!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, the doll looks even better! The tan skin is really rich and beautiful.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Oh yes, I was. I'm even considering getting another doll from that company!

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

* What did you order? Archibald 1903 fully assembled body, head, default eyes, default wig + default faceup

* When did you order? 20 November 2012

* How was the communication? Communication was absolutely great. They replied super quickly and were very sweet.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I just used paypal and it was done.

* How long did it take to ship? Shipping was very quick from South Korea, within a week I believe.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The quality was amazing. I could not have asked for any more. The faceup was beautifully done!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, even better than the pictures. Truly gorgeous in real life. He came with eyelashes which I was unaware of, but I am very happy with.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, I am extremely satisfied. I hope to buy from Pluto again. :-)
