-It was great, all my questions and requests were answered promptly and politely.

-Super easy, they accept paypal.

-Larger orders took longer but single wigs shipped in about 1-3 days after payment.

-Very nice quality wigs. I've had over well over 30 fur wigs from about just as many places, and this is one of the places I keep coming back to.

A little overdue, though I just found the thread....

I ordered a custom faceup for my KDF Bory, Tsuna from her.
* When did you order?
I can't recall exact date, but was around late August/early September of 2010
* How was the communication?
Communication with her excellent. She kept me informed throughout and even sent me pictures of the progress.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. She accepts Paypal, and she seems the type to be willing to negotiate a payment plan for those who might need it, based on my impression from communicating with her.
* How long did it take to ship?
About 2-3 days roughly
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Most defiantly.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
It was a custom order, but she took the description I had given her and a really crappy drawing I did of what I had in mind and was able to manage to extract from it exactly what I was trying to visualize for Tsuna, a sort of pouty, yet serious 'Don't make me kick your butt' rockstar.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Extremely. She had to ask me several questions to better grasp what I was aiming for, but it was worth it, as she brought to life Tsuna just as I had pictured him to be.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/A
* Would you order from this company again?
Defiantly. I may look into her in the future for another faceup if needed or to redo Tsuna's when it comes time to do so, or if he needs a touchup. I may also think of checkingout her other services next time.
