Oh, wow. Hmmm. That is not the body for me at all. I'm actually not sure there's anything I like about it. Which is better for my wallet, since I won't need to swap my Goldie!

There are things I like about the new body and things I do not like. For now I think I will stay with the existing PW body. Once I can see actual pictures, who knows? Maybe I will change my mind :-)

I saw the photos of the new body this morning and wow.. I'm sure some people will love it but it's really not for me. I'm so glad I got my Vampire Goldie when I did... I love her flat chested, chubby armed little short self *lol*

Ninodoll makes very happy looking sculpt, but not sure how well the resin matches. Always remember that MSC will make the resin look lighter, so with a faceup any head should match the pale PW NS body more or less. The bigger concern is the neck size, the PW body has a relatively slender neck at 8cm.

Hi everyone, hope you are having a great day. Wouldn't you know that the new body would come out while I was catching up from vacation! I see that not everyone likes it! My thoughts are that they can't please everyone and have to go with the best they can do. Also, we haven't seen the body with clothes on yet, either. But I think it is a wonderful body! Lovely hands and nice feet. Great legs sitting and standing. My dolls are not really into gymnastics, so as long as the leg is lovely sitting I am happy. Though maybe the points will have to be softened just a bit. But Femme is very feminine and graceful and I can't wait to see her dressed. For sure the love handles won't show when she is dressed, either. And the new face is cute, too. PW said it is a lot like Skiya. I think it looks a lot like Goldie wake up. So overall I am quite pleased. I'm sorry that some of you are not happy with the new body and hope you find a body you like. I have seen a couple bodies I think are very beautiful if that helps any. One is Muse Doll and the other is Infinity doll. I don't know if you can put a PW head on them though. Especially regarding a color match.

Popping in I really like the new body, especially the legs. Looks like a model. Not too fond of the breasties tho- but it's not enough to stop me from adding to my wishlist.

Sure, it is not perfect, like the sharp eges on the knees and such, but I like the figure, the hands and feet(!!) and as soon as you can purchase one, I will. ^^

It's a beautiful body, but I find the hip bones to be kind of off-putting. It is such a departure from the lovely pear-shaped bodies of the original PW girls.

That being said, I still like it! Can't wait to see one in-person!

Lisa, I so totally understand how you feel. They do such lovely dolls, but seem to have a thing with the sad downward eyebrows. And thank you so much for sharing this info! If it is only the eyebrows then I don't have to pay the extra $10 for a custom face up. Probably should have asked about that before, just never thought of it. Even now people look at her and say she looks sad. I chose Goldie as she has a bit of smile and a very sweet look, not sad. I guess they are just not used to PW dolls at all. OK, to be fair they aren't doll people at all.

I agree with the sad eyebrows, I call it the "forlorn look" or depending how bad they are "the wilting flower" *lol* I'm quite lucky that I didn't get any sadness vibe from my vampire goldie - and I think it's always hard asking non-doll people to understand that by comparison to what else is how there, she's content and smiling so don't take it too hard Goldie *lol* I think they all look lovely

Hi all,
I lurk a lot on here so I thought I would post. I love Laceandblood's Lavin so I think she might be my next Peakswood girl. I currently have a open eye Goldie and Skiya. They currently share a body.

Does anyone happen to have a photo of Lotti and Lavin next to each other? My wonderful friend Roweena23 has a Lotti that is adorable (she made me want one too!) but I saw Lavin and now think she might be better for me. Any suggestions?

The more I look at photos I am starting to lean towards Shaia. She sort of looks like Goldie and Brianna mixed. Any Shaia photos?

I think all PW girls look good together (but I think it looks best when they have the same skin tone, but that might just be me.)

And about that skin-tone thing; yes, all PW girls do look good together, but I recommend staying with one skin tone if you want to take pictures of them side by side. :3
