This is the new thread about Peakswoods.
When I've bought BJD to start, I wasn't really attracted to PW, but the mold of LOTTIE made me change my mind.
I've succumbed in December, during the special event.
my Lottie arrived this week.
And I've succumbed again with the Lottie wake-up.
(Sorry for my bad english).
I look forward to the next dolls created for special events.

Lavin is going to kill me. She is just so cute and to boot, she gives me the same ^o^ feeling that I got from seeing Briana the first time. She's also going to be an LE10 release with the fullset at least so I'm assuming she'll be joining the regular lline after that, much like all the other girls.
If they take layaway for her fullset though, I may just be screwed.

I've learned that PW are attending a doll show in Thailand and bringing their dolls too so you can buy them directly there. No waiting. Arrgh! Am so jealous! XD

My wake-up Lottie LE arrived. I was very anxious to have her! I fell in love with her when PW announced its release. And I don't regret having to succumb to the purchase. She is sooooo beautiful!

samiamew, your Alice is gorgeous! Your photograph of her is stunning. I love her eye makeup. That is too funny that you were looking at Sky too! Her faceup is what made me fall for her.

Eee, I just got my first PW girl, a second (errr, third?) hand tan wake-up Goldie. I have wanted a PW girl for ages, and the limited version of wake-up Goldie was the perfect one for my family, so I was really happy to finally be able to snag one. ^o^
Here's a pic (though not a good one as I'm working on a netbook with nothing but MS paint right now ^^;;;; ).
She is just borrowing that wig for now until I buy her proper one...it is in no way the right colour, but it is the only one I have that's the right style that looks cute on her...so she has been playing with hair dye, apparently. ~__^ Her name is Gemma. <3

And congrats on your new suntan Goldie acanthiel -- I'm glad you didn't decide to wait for the 'right look' before posting -- she's beautiful! and playing around with wigs and such is half the fun^^ (I am a professed wig-o-holic and not in rehab
And Landlocked Mermaid -- I know what you mean! -- she was too cute and sweet with that face-up and I was soooo tempted -- but I stayed strong ^^ as I've had a vision for Sky from the very beginning ... I also think it's very funny that my first bjd was going to be Sky (ordered her and everything thru DollHeart on ebay -- but they never placed the order and other things have since come along and ...... well, some day, I do plan on adding Sky to the growing bunch
