      I did a group order, so it was a bunch of doll clothes. And also a pair of shoes.

      Communication could had been better. More information below.

      Very easy. I paid using Paypal.

      If not mistaken, they took around a week or less to ship it. The package arrived after a few days.

      The quality is indeed appropriate I do like the little details they added and such.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      They do, except sometimes the colour in their sales picture are actually brighter than they should be. I purchased a shirt which looked bluer in the picture, but the resulted item is actually more greener. Just have to keep that in mind.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I am. With their communication wise? Not really. First, they did not give the tracking number nor update the status until I received the parcel. (They still didn't give the tracking number anyways. And I had asked for EMS shipping.) They also actually missed an item from my order, and I wrote to them in their Q&A. Their response was quick, and they asked for my address again.

      After that? No response from them, nor telling me that they had shipped my missing item. After not hearing from them for nearly a week, I asked them again through their Q&A but no response.

      Now today, I received my missing item and I had checked that they actually shipped it on the same day I asked them on their Q&A on the status of my missing item. No response whatsoever.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      They did shipped my missing item, but what I wasn't satisfied is explained on above. I would just like to warn to future buyers to be cautious when it comes to the communication. Do not really expect much of it, just saying.

      I would say 'yes' like in the far future, but for now? Not really.

      I never received my items due to the local USPS delivering my package to a different address.

      I communicated with TTYA when I realized what had happened since the USPS "refused" to take any responsibility with the package being "lost" and told me I had to contact the seller because the package was from overseas. I have at least talked to TTYA three-four times since and am currently waiting on a reply back (the last time we spoke, TTYA said they had contacted their local post office and said the process of finding my package would take a while). They gave me a kind option of resending the items again but I informed them that it might not have been an ideal choice as they would have again sent it to the same area where my initial package was first lost. At this point in time, I've been very reluctant that anything will be resolved and have already come to accept that my money and items have been lost forever.

      UPDATE EDIT: I received a missed delivery slip from the local post office on Saturday, January 5, and it was my order that TTYA promised to resend to me when we last spoke on December 12/13, 2012. I went to pick up the package today, Monday, January 7, and have checked to see that all the items I had ordered back in April are there and are in perfect condition.

After 2 weeks, I sent an e-mail asking if the items had shipped. After 3 weeks, I sent an e-mail asking if the items had shipped. I received no response to my e-mails. My items showed up 5 weeks after I ordered.
      * Would you order from this company again? I love the product, but I always search on the second hand market before actually ordering from the company. The customer service is inferior, which is sad, for such a great product.

      The item was lost in transit and TTYA hasn't been really helpful with it lately. At first she responded immediately and went to check with the Korean post. She told me it would take 2 weeks, after I contacted her again she told me it would take longer. I contacted her again a week after that and she told me the Korean post is still trying to look for it. I tried to be patient and gave her a month time before I contacted her again..She did not reply back to me. Fearing, my message did not get to her, I went and asked in the Q&A board...However!! after 2-3 weeks she still has not replied to me!! BUT SHE REPLIED TO OTHERS IN THE BOARD! A month ago USPS(my local post office) had actually sent me a letter to confirm the lost item, I am pretty sure the Korean post would have gotten back to her about the lost item by now. At this point, I just want my money back, if only I can get her to reply back to me.

      TTYA agreed to re send me the clothes but I have to pay 20$ EMS fee..but after paying the EMS fee I didn't get news again until after 2 weeks when I finally decided to email her. I didn't get any reply but on Saturday the clothes arrived. Turns out she sent it the day I emailed her. Could have used the notification. Quality of the clothes is great but TTYA needs to really improve their communication.

      Very bad. Ttya never replied to my emails. At first she gave me a wrong tracking number and even if I wrote several time to ask if it was the right tracking number, she never replied. That tracking was of a package sent to another country. I never got my tracking number, but I checked when i received the package and it was not the one she gave emailed me!
      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy using PayPal
      How long did it take to ship?
      More than one month, with no tracking number known so I couldn't check where the package was.

      * How was the communication?
      Terrible. Their website's Q&A system doesn't let you reply to replies, so every time I was asked for more information (information that should have been look-up-able with the order number I always provided when posting), I would have to make a new Q&A post and copy and paste the communication so far. Email notifications from them are sent with a blank sender, so Gmail sends it to spam automatically. They never provided shipping confirmation ever, even when sending my missing replacement item (more on that later).

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I chose airmail because I didn't want to pay $25 in shipping for two pairs of pants. In hindsight this was a mistake. Shipping took forever, and this was compounded by my original order missing an item when it arrived. I was never informed when something was shipped, I just had to wait. I received the first package from them approximately 4 weeks from my original order. That was fine and reasonable for airmail. I only received one of the two pairs of pants that I ordered, however. I can see how that mistake would be easy to make (seeing only that I ordered a particular type of pants and not noticing "quantity: 2") but it took far too long to get the other pair.

      I contacted them on their Q&A and explained what happened. A few days later (though I didn't notice for longer because the notification was in my spam box due to missing sender email), they replied asking for my mailing address again. I provided it (in a new Q&A because of aforementioned problems with replies), and on December 25th, 2013, I was told "I will ship it today."

      By mid-March I still had not received them. I contacted them again, and was again asked for my address and what item it was. On April 3rd, 2014, I received the reply "I think I lost you. So sorry for this. I will ship it soon and provide tracknumber." I never received a tracking number or any other communication from them whatsoever.

      Today, (April 23, 2014), I received the replacement pants in the mail.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, they are nicely made, though I didn't realize until I received them that they don't have any elastic or fasteners in the waist, they simply slide on. As they are not made from stretchy material, this means they are kinda loose around the waist (so as to fit over the hips) and nothing really keeps them on other than the stiffness of the material.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, once I received them.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      See question about shipping time for my back and forth with the company.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Never. I *might* participate in a group order so long as they were going to choose EMS shipping (so there would be tracking and less time in 'shipping limbo' and if something went wrong I would not have to deal with the company myself) but I will never personally order direct from them again.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Yes, there was nothing wrong with the product itself. I would happily purchase from someone here in the US, or even a dealer, so long as I don't have to deal with the company itself.
