Slight difference in trims on the shirt and different buttons and the waist chain was different to the image altogether - Apparently this discrepancy is not unusual with Mosica clothing

Overall yes.

I communicated with the company to check weather the differences were normal and its apparently not unusual for Mosica to change details without notice - there was no way the company could have known of the difference as each outfit is pre-packaged in plastic.

I would absolutely buy from this company again, the were great from start to finish - though honestly I probably wouldn't buy Mosica clothing again unless I confirm it is as the picture has depicted it - the differences in trims completely changed the look and feel of the outfit.

NOTE: The delay was not on Ningyotan's end. The wait was because of GuessDoll.

Yes for the boots and socks. I never received the Punk Casual Set after all that waiting because GuessDoll could not fill the order.

I am satisfied with the socks and the boots.

If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
The problem was not with Ningyotan who was very good at keeping me up to date with the situation with GuessDoll. Ningyotan also sent me a beautiful shirt as a gift for the delay and waived my postage which I was surprised at and wasn't expecting but greatly appreciated. I was also refunded for the clothing that never came.

Would you order from this company again?
I would order from Ningyotan again without hesitation but I will not order anything with a GuessDoll label again. The experience of the long wait for clothing that never came has certainly made me wary and unhappy with GuessDoll.

Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
I really don't buy that much second hand so probably not unless it was something I really needed and couldn't get directly from Ningyotan anymore.
