Excellent! I received up dates throughout my order.

5 or so weeks? The delay was courtesy of Guessdoll, however, and after being contacted by the seller regarding the delay they included a gift (SD boots) to make up for it.

As the item was preorder I knew there'd be a wait though - so, no complaints, that's for sure!

For the price, definitely.

As I bought it for a Delf boy to wear... probably not! (But it fits him well and suits his style, so I'm happy! )

It took til January for the items to ship, but this was no fault of Ningyotan - Guess Doll had fallen behind on orders. As soon as the order arrived, I received an email that the items were to be shipped. However, as I'd neglected to mention that my address had changed, it was shipped to the address of the original order. Once the package returned to Ningyotan, they shipped it out to my current address almost immediately

Definitely. The eyes are very clear and bright, and the wigs are soft and vibrant.

Various additions made to order whilst waiting on Resinsoul Ai which was originally pre-ordered back 2nd December 2009 with Resinsoul order having been put through 13th January, 2010.

How was the communication?
Always a pleasure dealing with Fiathriel - great communication!

How easy was it to pay?
Gotta love Paypal...even with the problems I've had with them in the past, they're still the easiest and the best and safest way to pay online worldwide...and I've been buying online since '96

How long did it take to ship?
Once order was ready to send, parcel arrived next day! Fastway picked up the order around 12:45pm on 31st March and it turned up at exactly 2:30pm on the 1st April!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Quality was better than the price! Resinsoul's icy original blue resin has a stunning glow to it so my Ai will be the perfect icy Lilith I hoped for, and having bought during the promo period the price was brilliant.
