Excellent! She was very prompt in replying, concise and friendly. She informed me of the fact that the 'in stock' item was the 'demo set', and was kind enough to give me a discount even when it was in perfect condition.

Very easy - direct bank transfer. She also allowed me the choice of paypal without fees.

She shipped the day after I paid, and I had specifically requested express post. I received it the next business day.

Definitely - I wouldn't have minded paying full price, even for the used set. Arrived in perfect condition.

The one I received was the same one in the sales pictures, so I'm not sure how different the others would have looked like.

What a great service being provided for those of us living in Aus.

I orderd quite a lot of things.......wigs, eyes, eyelashes, head, MSC and more.

Communication was prompt and I found the company very easy to deal with.
They were very patient and helpful to me as a newcomer to BJD's.

All items were of a quality expected of the price.

Photos on the web site are indicitive of what is received.

I definately will be ordering again.

As the prices are very good I don't see the need to buy second hand. I would rather deal direct.

The prices on the site are very fair considering the quality of the merchandise. The type of eyelet used on the Lolita dress is hard to come by and expensive to find, and the clothing had details that might not be noticed at first glance, like a tulle underskirt. Really nicely made.

I ordered a wig two weeks ago and I can't find anything negative to say

I found the company to be pleasent to deal with, communication was good, it was easy to pay and shipping was faster than I expected. Wig was like in the picture and quality was really good for the price! I was very satisfied with the purchase and would gladly buy from them again.

I ordered two Resinsoul Boston hounds and found the layaway very helpful.
The little dogs arrived very promptly after arriving as part of a GO in Australia and it was fabulous not to have the hefty shipping costs.

I am certainly a fan of Ningyotan and will be back as communication was just perfect and patient.
