Amazing!
We chat like the best of friends, while also talking about dolls, and orders etc.

Super MEGA ULTRA easy. Paid through PayPal

How long did it take to ship?
It took Ringdoll 6 days, as it arrived at Carol's on the 1st, and arrived at my house on the 2nd of October as Carol posted Lily to me on same day she arrived in the UK.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Most definitely!!
She is gorgeous!!
Different from my previously bought doll, DollZone Jake.
But very adorable, and loveable!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, and no.
Ringdoll sent different eyes, not that I am complaining.
I think these eyes suit her better.
Also, the wig is in pig tails in stead of plaits.
Still, I'm not complaining, 'cause to think it gives a bit of originality to a doll I bought as a full set. ^^

Most definitely!
She was worth having to embarrass myself in French before returning home. lol

Fantastic, Carol and I kept in constant touch with each other it was brillant, she's so lovely and friendly to talk to and very understanding.

Very, Carol arrange for me to pay in Layaway as my original payment fell through, it was so kind of her its down to her kindness I finally have my boy.

He was with me the next day.

Even more so, the official Ringdoll pictures dont do justice to just how poseable and amazing this doll is.

More then satisfied! I was in shock at just how amazing the doll is.

Carol went out of her way to solve every problem I had. When we agreed layaway, we got chatting and I had gone to buy the pink skin doll, as it had the fullset I mention that I'd prefer the white simply because the characters mother is a white skin doll and I'd be wiping the face up to do my own. No more to do, Carol went out of her way to order me my perfect doll. She didn't have to but she did just to ensure that her customer had exactly what they wanted. I was overwhemled, ever so grateful and very impressed!

I'd highly recommened Angelesque to any one, especially for the UK Market, so professional, so friendly and so driven towards the customer and getting everything right. I know I'll be buying from here again!

I really can't stress enough how much of a fantastic seller Carol/Angelesque is. They really do go out of their way for you and they are so understanding. I was so happy with my doll and the service provided, I could ramble on for pages about just how happy buying from here made me.

DZ dispatched MSD Kimi on the 12th/13th of November. She safely arrived at Angelesque's on the 18th November, then kindly sent her on the very next day after payment was received, and we very luckily and pleasingly received my Kimi on the 20th, at 12:10 GMT.

Yes! She is excellent quality, and well worth every penny!

Excellent. I was notified quickly and clearly by email, and every question I asked was answered either on the same day or the day after.

Everything was shipped together in one box for the 1st shipping as soon as my Doll arrived at Angelesque, only 2 days after it had arrived. The 2nd order was sent as soon as the items were in stock, and arrived within 2 business days.

It was brilliant service.

The time between placing the order and its delivery from DZ to Angelesque was about 3 months. The shipping from Angelesque to Sweden took 4 working days, which I'd say is really quick. However, DHL managed to screw up the delivery, so it took some extra days before I actually received the order. However, this was -of course- not the fault of Angelesque, and Carol was very helpful when contacted about this issue.
