Hoping to put the samurai couple on layaway for Christmas! <3 They're going into the story with our Ringdoll Dylan, a teahouse courtesan. Debon is the teahouse bouncer/security and Siamy is the madam/owner. Have to come up with good names for them! (And yes, a pair of mini swords. Rement and their ilk often produce samurai weapon series in 1/6 scale!)

Awesome. I didn't even check to see that we had a discussion area - you KNOW I had to have Samurai Kitteh with my fixation on Things With Swords. He's so stunning.

NOW I'm really glad I found this thread because I have nothing in the right size as far as swords are concerned. Woohoo! So glad I found us.

Ok... I'll ask here and in the other thread too but -- is anyone else besides me disappointed by how impossible it is to pose him?

He's SO adorable and SO hard to stand UP once all the parts are on... and I even hotglued him! Very sad. I still love that head and outfit and the whole bit but I really wish he could pose.

Just a heads-up, Dear Mine are releasing two new dolls, and two more versions of Debon and Siamy! News thread.

Baakay, I do think that one leg of my Debon may be slightly longer than the other. But most of the problem I have with getting him to stand is the way his samurai outfit hides his legs! Can't tell what's going where when he's dressed up.

Has anyone seen the new mobility legs for these kitties? I had a look around the website and blog but couldn't find any pictures... There's nothing under the parts section yet, and the "misty Dorothy and Debon" bit has got me stumped!

I really like the original non-jointed legs my Debon has because they look so pretty, but I'm curious about the functionality of the mobility legs

I wonder how the new joint will look. I like the normal legs too but more mobility would be very nice! >.<

Ohh....I have just discovered Dear Mine kitties and am absolutely head-over-heels in love w/Siamy & Dorothy. Would love to see more non-stock pictures here to edge-me-over re: possibly getting one. They don't fit into the current concept of my doll family so I'm holding back for now....*sigh* The new Carnival Oz Storm is certainly teasing!

Eeeeek ! I just saw the incoming "Carnival STORM", and she's so beautifull. I like the elegant and slim line of her face and ears, I nearly think of her as a fox more than a cat... Only 20 to be released, meaning i'll never be able to save enough monye in time sadly T_T
I hope we'll see her around with beatifull owner pics *3*
