I purchased an AoD Hun Dong head from Nigel. His communication was prompt and so was his shipping! The head was beautifully faceupped and packed securely! I would definitely buy from Nigel again!

Before I even received the gown I promised him a loyal customer. It obviously isn't that important to him to have one. That is fine by me, I've found two more commission artists that will design for my EID girls at about half the price and they have quality workmanship I can depend on!

I'm very hurt at the lack of concern I received regarding such a poorly constructed "couture" gown.

I commissioned an Egyptian goddess gown from Nigel for my soon to come Lahela. I sent him a couple of pictures of the sort of thing I had in mind and he quickly can up with an amazing design that far exceeded my expectations.

Today I received the gown and it is just exquisite. I m very happy with his stunning gown and workmanship. The whole commission process with Nigel has been a pleasure and I hope to do another commission with him again soon.

Disappointment - Negative

It saddens me that I have to come and post this in here.

I commissioned Nigel for a sari for my Carina seen below:



Nigel has nice workmanship and between that and his promises of OOAK garments I was willing to pay the amount for what was intended to be a very special garment for my doll relating to the character story she embodies.

Unfortunately, it seems as though if Nigel takes a fancy to it, his designs are not one of a kind at all. I happened upon a gallery posting of his own Carina weeks later in the exact same sari, right down to the beaded details and trims, simply in a new red fabric. (seen below)



All attempts to speak with Nigel about the matter have thus far been ignored, neither of my PMs has been answered despite that he has been seen posting on the forums in the span that I sent them.

I'm extremely upset with this treatment, disappointed in his false promises and certainly don't think such customer service is acceptable. Were it not for his very open promises of "OOAK couture" clothing, or even a simple query about whether or not I minded if he made the same sari for his own doll, I wouldn't be as upset. However, his shops clearly state "OOAK couture clothing" several times and that nothing he makes will be reproduced. I never had even the common courtesy of being asked if I minded and now he has gone on to completely ignore me.

If you're looking for something specific to your doll, please be warned that if Nigel likes the idea he may very well make the "OOAK" outfit for himself in another variation and any attempts to have even an explanation will apparently be ignored.

I had hoped to establish a long-lasting customer base with Nigel, but I can say now that my business will not be returning.

I recently purchased an Iplehouse Arvid head from Nigel and was very happy with the transaction. He replied to me quickly, and sent out my item quickly as well. The head was shipped in a semi-flimsy clear plastic box that was a little crushed upon arrival, but the head itself was undamaged and so I am happy.

I bought a gorgeous Ashanti head from him and as always, it was a pleasure dealing with him. He is a great seller and makes everything very easy. Highly recommended.
