Oh and there was no customs form on my box so I didn't have to pay anything, but with my v.2 they marked her down in value and as 'commercial sample' so I didn't get any charges then either.

I had something similar happen when my Mythdoll arrived. They put N/C (no charge) on the package. My Yder arrived the same day (listed as $98!); I ended up not paying customs for either of them. Still don't know how I got away with that one. Someone in customs was in a good mood that day.

Wilkies, you are a better person because I DO mind paying, especially because I can find no rhyme or reason for the way they charge. I've had stuff with paperwork stating how much I've paid for the item which they then re-interpret as 6 times as much and charge taxes on the new price they've invented; I've paid varying amounts for the exact same item (multiple purchases) that arrived within a couple weeks of each other. It really looks like they just pull numbers out of their butts and try to charge as much as they think they can get away with. Top that with physically damaging goods when they opened the boxes and envelopes. I have a serious hate on with them for stuff like this because it happens all the time.

Hmm, that was a rant. XoP How about we have some spam please to lighten up my mood. We haven't had any for over a week! XDDD

wilkies - I am impressed with myself to be honest - I'm not known for my patience.

Loki's Mom - Its funny how some things sneak through and some things get caught. My son's birthday present was only a few pounds over the limit and that got caught in the summer and almost daubled the cost in the end.

OMG! My RRH arrived today (but the Big Wolf Set is nowhere to be found )

She is absolutely adorable. I won't have time to take pics before it gets dark but rest assured to all who ordered and are waiting, she is worth it!

The picnic basket is wonderful as are all of the faceplates!

Now, if they can just figure out what happened to my wolf set, I will be content.....for a while.

Kewl. I am off to the PO tomorrow to see if she's arrived yet (since my tracking is useless.. I haven't been able to get the HK Post site to work and I won't go into how useless Canada Post is). Hopefully she is there but I don't know.

You could do. I don't know if someone wants to start a discussion thread on just him or if we should do it the way, say, the PukiFee thread is and have them all together. It'd be easier to keep them together, methinks.

And average picture or not, she's adorable! I can't wait for mine to show up. She hasn't arrived yet (made it to the PO today) so hopefully by Saturday.. I'd love to be able to take her to the meet I'm going to this Sunday.

Yes add him- I say they are both Ixdoll's and it's not like all the lati yellow's have seperate threads per their molds...I feel they are brother and sister, they should share the thread!
BTW, who all got the Gingerbread Mui? I missed her as I slept through my alarm

I am still awaiting my Wolfie....should arrive any day now....and I ordered Fat chai, who won't arrive until February....
I didn't consider the Gingerbread Mui, cute as she is, because I already have those face plates for my other Mui and it was not worth buying another Mui Chan to get the outfit !!

I was wondering if someone would help me find shoes for her? As her feet look much smaller than lati yellows... I'd like to have some shoes waiting for her when she gets home.
