I know that someone has a PW FOF head on a MW girl body. And it works out quite well size wise and I think the skin colour was okay, too?

Another question! Does anyone think that a PW FOB head would fit on a MW body? The PW FOB bodies have a 7cm neck, would this be too big?

Funny... I *just*bought a Minoru World Jr girl body and a Leeke Soda head on the Marketplace, and I was wondering about the fit, when I found the EXACT SAME HYBRID in the Leeke database... go figure XD. What a huge coincidence..! The only difference was, that this was a Leeke Soda head on an MW Jr boy body :P

I don't know anything about hybriding with other companies, but the Minoru boy I just got in has done a bodyswap with my Ted, so now he's a boy and Minoru is a girl! The default outfit that was supposed to come with my Ted showed up here a day ago, too, so my little girl has something to wear until I get around to making her some clothes! And my Ted fills out his riding outfit much better now that he has manly broad shoulders XD



They're still refusing to tell me their names, but I'll wring it out of them one of these days.

I loooove the MinoruWorld Juniors and I'd love to have at least a girl body... I'd like to know if anyone here has tried the Junior girl body with a different head from another brand..?

What wig size do these kids take btw, a size 6-7 I guess..?

Yes! I have a Leeke-D Chouette head on a MW Junior Girl body.:3 The proportions are good and although the resin match is not exact, it passes muster

As for wigs, generally 6/7 wigs fit my Minoru but it can depend on the company. (Volks and Honey Delf wigs are too big though they're supposed to be 6/7.)

As for the S hook busisness, it's really just kind of a pain. But with my Ted, there are little notches on either side of the hole where the string comes through that hold onto the S hook. Also, I found that, since the S hook was bigger on one side than the other, that the larger side of the S hook didn't even pass through the hole at all. You should definitely be safe unhooking it from the headcap, especially if you make sure it catches in those little grooves. I actually had to take a file to mine to make the opening big enough so that I could remove his head without unstringing his whole body.

It is a pain to get the heads off. When I changed out my girl's eyes, I had a really hard time getting the S-hook through. In the end, I decided to attach the cap and S-hook with an elastic band. There's not much room, so I folded it over a number of times. I love their scuplts and bodies, but the headcap is such a pain!!

As for the S hook i actually didn't attach my headcap to the head for that same reason. I dislike not easily being able to adjust eyes (plus i didn't want to wrestle with it when i have to send it to a face up artist soon).

What i did is i used the wig guard i put on my dolls head (a slightly stretchy white fabric band, not the silicone) and it holds the headcap on really well, so i don't have to worry about the S hook system.

Thanks for the info! I'm not all too worried about the resin match since I bought a white skin head and a natural skin body XD. I'll just blush it.

The wig cap is a good idea for keeping the headcap on. I took both of my juniors' headcaps off the S-hook because it is too much of a pain in the butt to deal with, but I've just got a few pieces of painter's tape on their heads now to keep it together.

I need help can't decide which wig suits her better. Would I ruin the wigs fast if I decide to use left on even days and right on odd days?


olmmm, congrats on your Ted arrival for the headcap... maybe my Yume was strung too loose (quite likely), but I had no problems with, how to explain it, pulling the cap out and moving it closer to the back of the neck... aw, I'm not making any sense... well, in this photo you can see where headcap was while I was playing with the eyes. Certainly it wasn't the easiest task, but compared to changing eyes for Lati white - it's a piece of cake

Both of those wigs are really cute! I think I like the second one a little better, but it's a hard choice. Maybe if you change between them every other week it would cut down on wear and tear but you could still get maximum use out of both of them.

I've been looking for shoes for my girl... but... 5cm is a tough size -_-. Most YoSD shoes are 4.5cm max and MSD shoes are too big. What shoes do you guys usually get for your girls? Or aren't they exactly 5cm tall? Are they perhaps a few mm smaller? *hopeful*

I haven't even attempted yet to buy shoes that would fit my little ones. I just have the shoes I've gotten from Minoruworld and some sneakers that came with my Minoru for right now. That is a battle for another day with me, finding girly shoes for my junior girly.

Speaking of which, Keelin finally chose her name! My Ted chose his, too, so I have Keelin and Crispin now for my juniors XD Keelin is, as of now, on her way to a new faceup. But luckily I took a few photos of her to share while she's gone.

Indeed... I'm still too scared to buy my girl YoSD shoes though... I want to see her feet for myself before I go shoe shopping...

I was hoping my Minoru girl body would come today, but I just called and they haven't processed my package yet. This means it'll arrive when I'm away on a short holiday. I'll be back late on Thursday night, which means I'll be able to pick the package up at the post office on Friday. Can't wait!!

Evelien and Angelcalle. I have bought many pairs of shoes from Releaserain and Mimiwoo which say they fit YOSD and are actually a better fit on the Juniors feet. The baseball boots for example.Hope this helps.
