Congratulations on your Leila, Lelei! Hopefully you get time to take some pictures. I'd love to see your new girl (or boy). I just noticed--we're both in Aichi! We should get our little ones together fora photo-shoot sometime.

I made an SD dress from Hello Kitty material and had enough left over to make a dress for Abigail. It's pretty short because I made the skirt using yo-SD measurements, but I made an additional skirt to go under it. Then I found an online photo-frame maker thingy and played around with it. I actually like the short version better!

Kastalia, thanks! I need to get her painted, so it might be another few months, but I'll be sure to spam photos when she's all done! The dress you made is amazing--the bow and ribbon details are gorgeous and it suits her perfectly!

And aaargh, I wish I had known while I was there~ I would've loved some dolly friends. I actually moved down to Hiroshima in October for work, so now I'm far away... *goes to update location*

Thanks for the compliment! I usually make things in SD size, so I'm not all that confident with the tinies. Can't wait for your spammage after the painting's done! MW Juniors have such great little faces and it's always really nice to see different faceups on them. My girl's got the default faceup, but one of these days I'm either going to tweak it myself or get it redone.

Oh gosh, I was just surfing around LUTS and Bluefairy and it lead me to Minoruworld, and I've only just now discovered JFs! I am in love with Leila! One look, and she solidly landed herself on my DO WANT list! XD

I bet it's hard to find shoes for these guys though, huh? I have enough trouble finding properly fitted shoes for my regular MSD and YO-SD sized dolls!

Well, I can fit some YoSd Shoes on my MW Junior hybrid, you just have to look for an inner measurement of ~4.5-5cm.

Hi everyone in Minoruworld - Although I often pop by to look at all your wonderful dolls I dont often post these days but it snowed here in the UK overnight and my garden was turned into Narnia lol The twins were eager to get out in it but more eager to get back indoors when they realised how cold it was lol

Here's more Abigail spam! She's wearing shoes I bought for my yoSD and they just fit. MW juniors can fit yoSD shoes that are slightly big. I don't know if boys and girls have different feet sizes, though.

Abigail looks adorable in her pretty dress - yes mine wear oversized yo sd shoes too and I think the girls and boys feet are the same size, I certainly dont notice any difference between my two anyways

I just stumbled upon the Juniors today. I think the Shirley mold total got me. Does anyone know how long MW takes to release their newer molds as choice options?

Well, i think it's based on request for it?
I inquired as to certain molds being made to choice and a good few months later they popped up in the choice options, it took a good while though :\
They don't announce it though so you'll have to check back periodically to see if she's in there if they say they plan to add her.

I just wanted to put a question on Minoruworld's Q&A board when I realised that they don't seem to have answered a single question since last year . Does anyone know what happened there?

babyelf: I was wondering the same actually! But now I opened my email inbox and saw that they replied to me via email instead of posting on the board. It took them two days to answer so I think as long as you leave your email address you should be good.

I remember reading here that MW Juniors Special (and/or Choice?) were in MistyRose skin or in MW NS which is quite alike to it. Now a bunch of dolls have the note that they're in BlueFairy's NS while others don't (Choice Minoru, Special Clare, ...). They told me MW NS is the same as BF NS. Is that true? Could anyone with newer Juniors confirm/deny this for me?

Keep in mind that blog post is from 2010. Also I could swear that I've read somewhere on this forum (last year about, I think someone had said it started with the basic/choice release of Jaden and Ellie) that //Milk is indeed correct and that unless Misty Rose or White Skin is stated/offered on the drop down, the newer in stock Juniors ship with Bluefairy Normal Skin. I could be completely off base memory wise, though.

This development actually makes me a little sad. I was hoping to get a Junior Minoru in Misty Rose or at least in the paler MW NS. BF NS is a little too pinky/fleshy for me.

I bought a MW kit body not too long ago in Normal Skin, and it is a pretty close match to recent fairyland NS (not perfect, but very close) I'm not sure if that's any help //Milk.

When I was looking though the Yo-SD thread, someone mentioned that the new Tonner "Little Miss Matched" clothes were a bit loose on Yos, while the shoes were too small for MSDs but too big for Yos. Sounds perfect for MWJr! I bought the "Uptown Girl" doll and outfit on Ebay because I wanted wellies, and the doll is almost exactly the same size as my Clare. The wellies are plenty big, though hard to get off because the rubber tends to stick to the resin. Tights or socks are essential. The socks that came with the outfit are too tight for my taste, but they did go on. There are several different outfits available.
