Amet I already sent the photo too,,.. but i cant find the s hook in the box and i don't know if the hand is broken or not... because the hand seems okay..( no fragile part )

It confusing me,,, because the right hand part is okay, how can they miss the hook ...

I can't tell from the photo - Is the s hook missing or is the hand part actually broken? Because if the hand is intact it's possible that the s hook slipped in transit and is inside her arm somewhere where the elastic pulled it. Also seconding that you should definitely send these photos to Infinitidoll so they know they made an error.

Good point. To me, it looked like the resin "bar" is broken inside there. Therefore the hand-part should be replaced. However, if the s-hook just slipped off, it's an easy fix.

It's also possible to fix, if the resin piece broke off, but it would involve drilling through the ball joint, and putting a new bar through there - a metal one.

If you bought the doll at Marchen Waltz, then you should only contact them. They have to resolve the issue for you, as they are responsible.

I would definitely wait for Marchen Waltz to answer first. If you don't hear back within a couple of days, you should probably try again.
I understand your worry about damaging the hand further. Don't work on it yourself, if you don't have to. See if the company will fix it.

I got a problem again with the body...now the right part of the hand fell off too... I move the hand very carefully before it fell off...I'm very shocked....Why the hand part easily broken ( the resin bar ).. I dont know It just me or anybody else got a same problem? Email Marchen Waltz right away, and let them know. You might as well get replacements for both hands.

They said it because the shipping and this is their first report about broken part... ( but I'm not sure about it...I think I got the defect item... )
