      Excellent. Stephanie sent me emails updating me on every stage of my order. Parts of the emails were in French, but it was fairly obvious what was what - I didn't find there to be a language barrier.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy - I paid by paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Stephanie sent my order through to Alice's Collections the day after I ordered (on the 8th of June), and the outfit left Hong Kong for France on the 18th of June. I received it on the 25th of June.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! It was fairly cheap, but it's nicely sewed and very cute.

      I would! I would have liked more shipping options (if I added a second outfit to my cart, the shipping charge rocketed from six euros to 15.9 euros, which seems very expensive just for clothes - and a little silly that it would be cheaper to make two seperate orders than to combine shipping), the whole experience was very smooth and straightforward. I would feel comfortable ordering a doll from Wind Dolls in the future.

      Shipping from France to me took a week; the whole wait was a little over a month. But that is also stated on the website, so nothing unexpected here.

      Yes! I ordered mainly Alice Collection's items and they are very nicely made.

      Very good. She was so helpful and answered my questions. She also informed me about every step of my order.

      The shipping from France to Germany was very fast (3 days).
      The whole wait took something about 2 months as stated on the website.

      Regular. Stephanie updated me with information on every new step taken with my order, as well as any offers or events I could take part in.
      The Language of choice is French, but her English is easy to understand.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy - once I had communicated with Stephanie.
      I had never used a lay away programme before. Stephanie explained which payment options were available to my order, and then sent an invoice to my PayPal account.

      Yes, for service and product. Plus this is a EU company, which meant I received no customs charges when receiving the package! :D

      * When did you order? Early December.
      * How was the communication? It couldn't have been better! My emails were responded to that same day and Stephanie was very good about answering questions clearly.
      * How easy was it to pay? With Paypal it was very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? It was sent out the very next day after I'd ordered it (!!!) and arrived at my school address about three weeks after that.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I would say so. The sculpt is beautiful, the faceup looks very natural, and the resin feels very good to the touch. The head also has a nice weight to it.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly like. XD I think he's even wearing the same pair of free acrylic eyes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? I am. He was packed very well, and came with a whole bunch of freebies I was not expecting. He did have a slight scratch on his headcap, but I think that may be the result of my school's mailroom (where he sat for a month before they would forward him to me...) and not Wind Dolls.

      I really really wanted a Custom house mold but because of the troubles with CH I was afraid to order. Winddolls took all my troubles away as they insured me to deliver my doll within 2 months and in worst case scenario they would insure me a total refund. They checked my doll, even put her together and added sweets. They have been so kind.

      * How was the communication? Wonderful. Despite being a French company, Stephanie communicates fluently in English and there was no language barrier at all. Emails were always answered promptly and I was kept informed at each stage of the order.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very- by Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship? The order took 3.5 months to arrive at Wind Dolls from Fairyland. Stephanie shipped to me as soon as she had my doll and it was with me in two days of leaving France.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. I paid a bit more by ordering from Wind Dolls than if I ordered from Fairyland directly but I considered it a form of insurance against any crazy, unexpected customs charges.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very, apart from not liking the red eyes Fairyland sent, which was not Wind Dolls' fault.

      Yes, the items look all very nice, especially the shoes <3

      Everything's fine. The body was for an OM Hwa-Lan head, the resin match is good, the MSD-sized wig fits perfect for the head and the other stuff is great too X3

      * How long did it take to ship? It *would* have been little more than a month, but there was a problem... The wig I ordered was out of stock at Monique's and would only be available again in about three months. Stéphanie offered to send me an in-stock wig, to reimburse me or to give me a discount if I wanted to wait for the wig. Whereas I thought these were good offers, I proposed to change my order. She immediately agreed, but of course another wig had to be ordered so the package couldn't be shipped until a few weeks later. It finally shipped on 18 January 2013.
