I purchased a Pipos Ringo from Lunaria. She was shipped in a timely matter and was well packed, however, she was rather dirty. I was able to clean away the dirt though and Lunaria was most apologetic and did offer a full refund with return of the doll, which I declined because the dirt came away and I really wanted to keep the doll if possible. All in all, this was a good transaction and I realize no one is immune from human error which is why I am content with the outcome.

I would definitely purchase from Lunaria again. Thank you!
