1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    2. What did you order?
      Two wigs.

      When did you order?
      April 6 (via eBay)

      How was the communication?

So-so. They messaged me via ebay after more than a week to let me know the item I'd ordered (which was listed as in stock?) was not in stock so there would be a delay. I had to pester them three weeks later to get a shipping time estimate, but they replied to my pestering within a few days.

How easy was it to pay?

Very easy, I paid immediately via Paypal.

How long did it take to ship?
      Over a month.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
No, the wigs are of relatively poor quality. They have clumps of short hairs where they shouldn't that make them appear frizzy and misshapen, and there are severe kinks in the bangs of one wig. This same wig also has a bunch of shorter/broken fiber on the top that makes it appear lumpy. The second wig has similar shorter fibers throughout that give it permanent and irreparable flyaways.

At $29 each, the wigs were fairly expensive, and I expected better quality control.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?

No, the sales pictures were of items of far superior quality.

Were you satisfied with the product?
      No.

If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
N/A - this is my first time ordering from them and I just sort of assumed it was indicative of their general quality, so I haven't complained.

Would you order from this company again?

      No

Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      No
