Did a trade with PuppyKat. My Soom Syen for her Vamp. Shiwoo. Over all I liked how things went since she was fast and lovely to work with. <3
However we agreed to ship priority and she shipped package services. Also, he was shipped in just a limhwa box (no shiwoo box) with no pillows and no outer box. He was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box however and he made it without a single flaw. :3
Still even with the minor issues in shipping I'd probably still do another trade with her again.

puppykat was in my soom group order and she is a fantastic customer. when her package was missing, i kept her informed and she would reply very quickly. perfect communication. i ended up refunding her for the items she got, and when they finally arrived, she paid the amount back to me.
