    Paging Miriam of Tata's - Europe

    Dear Miriam ,

    I have been sending you mails before asking for my items which I sent in November 2009 and in the begining I have only have had excuses from you and your site saying " it will be coming or they are sewing it " but now you have not even bothered to answer
    me , is this because I want to cancel ?

    I'm sure you must have been having a lot of headaches with many clients but you must also understand that 5 months is a ridiculos
    time to wait and am tired of your excuses and not answering which is not wise if you want to keep up your good name in business.

    Now I'm pageing you in DoA's forum to see if you will please cancel my order and refund my money as the items that I sent from you were for winter and now we will be in Spring and also I have no more patience to wait.

    Please check up on this , the items were sent under the name : " ASPEREIRA " .

    Hope we can settle this problem as soon as possible for the both of us.

    scrollbrush ~ All of your posts regarding Tata's have been moved to the Buying/Selling Q Subforum because you purchased the items through this seller's website and not through this forum. Did you purchase through DoA? Did you contact this seller through a DoA thread?

    Thanks for your mail.
    No , I did not purchase or contact this seller through DoA as this is the first time I am in a Forum and also starting this hobby which is a pity as in November I still couldn't get into DoA as it was closed to new members .
    I hope I have not "over step" by posting about Tata's Europe but as she never replied my mails and lifted the money from Pay Pal
    since November and never giving me answers or replies I did not know where to turn to.

    I was desperate to be able to get an answer and some news from other members to see if they received their items .
    I needed somebody to guide me through the steps to what I could do and it seems to have worked and she has just Pmed me today.
    I think we will be able to resolve this nicely and the moment she either sends me the items right away or refunds me which is up to her I will post to let you all know.
    Thank you so much DoA for all the help as I'm sure I would not have resolved this without all the help.

    scrollbrush ~ Thank you for explaining in more detail. This particular subforum is for Problem Transactions that have occurred in the DoA marketplace, so we won't be able to page this member.
