Registration - Invite new members!

I have no "invite friends" link on my page((((( but I have more than 25 days of membership and 40 posts. Is this a failure or it should be so?..

Currently registration is open to anyone, rather than being invite-only. This will only last a week or two, then it will switch back to invitation-only.

I received this from a friend I recommended joining. I gave her the obvious answer, and she said she tried that.
I've given her the membership email to help with registration - but I thought I'd post this here as a possible bug in the system.

I don't believe the answer is case-specific. No punctuation at the end, though... I'd suggest she try it again. There are three possible questions. I've tested all three at different times, so I know they work.

The forum is now open for general registration, so the invite option is no longer needed.

Registration may have been closed at the time? The registration status is always visible at the top of the forum index to people who are not logged in.

It's open now.

Are there age limitations to join DOA? I have two daughters, aged 15 and 13. I would supervise them. They love my BJDs and one has her fist BJD, a Puki puki Darjeeling, and the other one is saving up for a Pukipuki Ante.

ive been here for more then 25 days have more then 40 posts and no restrictions but it seems that the invite on the toolbar isnt there, why cant i invite anyone?

I'm pretty sure I meet member requirements, but I cannot find a link for invite friends. Is registering open? I logged out and it said it was closed... haha. My friend wants to join. I was wondering when we might be able to invite people or when registration will be open again? O:
