They were VERY nice about resending the items; didn't even charge me for the second shipping. Very good communication and resolved the issue with no problem at all.

Ordered on last days of February (2013)

It was perfect. They answered my questions about the stock of some items, and then when I got back to them asking other thing, they replied promptly and kindly.

* How easy was it to pay?
Since I bought from the site (http://www.sk-coolcat.com/) I had to wait for them to manually calculate the shipping fee and sending an invoice to me. It took them a couple days and I was worried (this was my first accesory purchase ever) so I sent them another email asking about the invoice. They got back swiftly that very same day, and made the payment via Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
The next day I made the payment.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It is impressive! I have not seen this prices in other store, and the quality was amazing. They even gave me gifts that covered the full cost of the shipping. The shoes were amazing, a really nice quality and the details!

Yes. I bought a Milky Tea wig, and I must say that it looks more natural in person. For the rest it was like the pictures.

Yes!

One of the shoes had a lose stitch on the back. I sent them an email with a couple pics of the situation. Nothing importan, so~

UPDATE: They told me they will resend the pair of shoes. So kind of them!

Don't think so. They have a good price directly from the company, so I think it is better to directly order from them.

Easy. I ordered directly from them. The next morning, they sent me an email that had the total for two different shipping options. I paid through Paypal, and quoted the order number as they asked.

Yup. I've used their elastic for three years now. It's always very good. The face protectors are also very nice quality.

Perfect. My order confirmation and invoice were done on the day I ordered, and I was told the package shipped the next day.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, I paid with Paypal. The manual invoice came with instructions on what they needed verified in the PP notes, so there was no confusion.

* How long did it take to ship?
The package was shipped on the 26th and arrived April 2nd. Really fast for being shipped over the weekend!

The prices are actually surprisingly low for the quality. The outfit is lovely and the shoes are very well made.

The student shoes looked cute online, but they're even better in real life. Everything else is what I expected it to be.
