* How was the communication? Wonderful! I had a few questions, and called Nancy and she was able to take my order right over the phone.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy.
* How long did it take to ship? Shipped the same day! Arrived in three days!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very much so.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? The wig did look a bit less red in the site pictures, but I knew what I would be getting based off others I had seen before.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yep
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
* Would you order from this company again? Yes
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? N/A? They did not make their own items, but I would not hesitate to buy a second-hand item from them.
Let's Play Dolls has a real personal feel to it. They are not a "big company" and have a smaller selection of items, but you can tell that they truly love dolls and the people that play with them.
