    Problems with basiccreationhk ?

    Awhile back on November 7th I did a BIN on these pants from basiccreationhk. I was able to pay right away because it kept telling me that they could not accept paypal payments so I sent them a message. During this time they were pretty prompt in their responses, apologizing and then later telling me it was fixed. At that point it still wasn't working for me, so I fired off another email, checked again the next day and I could pay.

    So on the 13th of November I paid for the pants. After that, nothing. No confirmation, no reponses to my inquires, nothing. And I would think that if they simply send them without reponding they'd be here by now. I know I have a couple more days to file a complain with paypal and get my money back but I'd really prefer getting the pants instead. :/

    Anyway have similar problems or has the seller been pretty good?

    They have perfect feedback so something really must have gone wrong. Did you email them since the 13th?

    Hm, there were two times that I ordered something from oversea and it took almost 4 weeks to get to me (and I paid as soon as the auctions ended)..one was from Canada and one was from Singapore. Some sellers they don't reply to your emails but you will find your items in the mail..it's just a matter of time. I am not sure if that is the case with this seller...haven't buy anything from him/her yet. I hope the pants will show up soon.

    Yup twice and just today a third time stating that if they don't respond to me soon I'll file a paypal claim.

    I know sometimes stuff takes a long time but if your buyer has emailed you twice you'd think they'd at least reply back to say it's been shipped/on its way/blah blah blah.

    I just got my stuff from them last week that I paid for end of October. I did email them about the delay and they said they'd changed their computers and had a lot of stock just come in that was taking a while to sort.

    They did apologise a lot and I think they've expanded quite a bit over the past month or so. I bought from them when they first starting trading and they were very fast then, so maybe they've been caught on the hop.

    Keep on trying and keep an eye on time, just in case, but you should be OK.

    I just noticed that I bought the same pants as you, good pants they are! Nice fit on the buttocks.

    Thanks Katie, someone got back to me and told me that she thought her staff had sent them out and she would check. Sucks that it took a threat to make them look but as long as I get the pants I'm happy. :3

    If there are any problem again, I speak Cantonese so can help you phone them and ask them

    I ordered 2 items from them on november 17th, paid immediatly with Paypal. I thought that it would take about 15 days (the items were for a friend birthday -.- ..... two days ago) and I still haven't received anything. I sent them 3 mails and I never got answers from them, that's upsetting. I'm about to send them a fourth email......

    I got an answer when I threatened them with paypal/ebay action.

    Coincidentally, they wrote me back saying they'd check it out and get back to me the next day. That was, er, three days ago? Yeah so I've got three more days before I can file for a refund. I contacted them AGAIN yesterday but no reponse. Should I file a dispute to get my money back on the 13th if they don't answer by then or trust in them?

    well...BC is really slow at responding no matter you are buying from overseas or in Hong Kong...

    I received my stuff from them after one month, so maybe you can wait a little..; Good luck anyway!

    But it's already been a month ^_^; I think I might just have to file for a refund.

    Edit: It says I have 45 days so I'll wait, if it's not here or I'm told it's on its way on the 20th I'm filing as I'll be out of town anyway so I won't know till the 30th if it's come. Sigh.

    I'd file now. If they took a long time to get back to you by email and are still dragging their feet without a plausible explaination, then I wouldn't rely on them. You already have the disapointment of missing your friend's birthday.

    Thanks, I'm probably a bit stupid, but I will give this seller a chance and wait until the 17th before filing a bad seller report. About my friend, well, she was happy with the chocolates I gave her ^^; .... With some hope she will have the items for christmas (Yeah, I'm maybe too optimistic )

    I had a similar problem with basiccreationhk. I sent my payment the day after I won my item (a Volks 1/6 ED beauty body - B cup) and sent numerous emails to them, asking for an update on the shipping and to confirm that they recieved my payment. Nothing from them for more than a week. Finally I sent an email saying that if they did not respond to me by the next day, I would file a report, have paypal refund my money, and leave negative feedaback for them. 2 days past and they did not respond, so I went through with leaving my negative feedback and filed for a refund with paypal.

    Interestingly enough... basiccreationhk, FINALLY emailed me today only AFTER I left the negative feedback saying that they'd ship my item tomorrow.

    I'm very dissapointed with this seller. I was so confident buying from them since they did have 100% positive feedback when I made my bid (I always check before bidding on ebay). Now I know that 100% positive feedabck is not necessarily an accurate reflection of the seller's customer service.

    received it today, a week after I filled a bad seller report to paypal ...... that totally disgust me because I send them 3 mails to know where was my package !!! Don't tell me it's a mistake ! They did it on purpose to get money without sending anything ! They propably thought I wouldn't fill a report to ebay and paypal because of the small amount of money I paid for that ! -.-

    Noooow ... should I cancel my report to paypal and give him a chance or not ?

    If he really does send the product then you can always resend the payment. I dont thin I would risk it at this point. I would select my free item and when they arrive safe and sound,THEN I would cancel the chargeback or resend the funds, not before.
