* When did you order? Saturday, december 10th.
* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Think pink is a dealer, so i ordered from them probably?
* How was the communication? A little bit dissatisfied. Some mails were ignored or forgotten to be answered
* How easy was it to pay? Easy, bank transfer.
* How long did it take to ship? The sending from their shop to my place was within 12 hours. I have waited for 15 weeks till the order was arrived in the netherland.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, i'm satisfied with the quality.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. even better in real life!
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. My first box opening and it went good. No shipping damages at all.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? The order took a little bit longer due chinese new year. But there was nothing to do against it.

Very good. Paypal didn't want me to pay a part of the shipping and there was a fast reminder before my doll went to shipping from Think Pink! So the matter was resolved quickly.

Nearly 9 weeks to ship from the company, as stated on Think Pink. From there it took from friday to the next monday. Really fast!

Of course!

Way better than the company pictures.

Yup.
