* How was the communication? Good. I asked about the shipping fee and Marcia answered right the next day. It appears they're charging extra for shipping within The Netherlands to have the parcels signed for by the recipient to be sure that shipments arrive. However understandable, it is pretty sad their company is forced to take these measures because shipments have disappeared under the responsibility of TNT.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Though ordering directly from Dollzone would have been cheaper(I live in a Euro country, whahahahhahaha ), this wig was sold out at their webshop and I didn't want to risk loosing out on this particular wig.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Not that there were any problems, but Marcia indicated she would ship at normal rates if requested.
* Would you order from this company again? Depends on what it is I want, if I can't get it anywere else or whether it's more practical to order/buy directly from them than ordering from another. But when I do buy from them, I'll prefer to pick up at events or at the shop from now on, rather than paying security shippingrates or risking Post.nl's declining service quality.

Good. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no shipping notice whatsoever. I got a message that my item has been delivered and rushed home, but it took another day for my doll to arrive.
And the items can only be shipped to the address stated on paypal, which wasn't a big disadvantage for me because I used my boyfriend's paypal.

Well I think so, the doll was limited and in the discontinued tan skin. It was well-packed and came with two adorable plastic chalices

* How was the communication? At some point my mails landed in their spamfilter but when they found them they apologized and answered my questions right away. They were always polite and helpful, and most of the time I got a reply within 24 hours

They offer both paypal and bank transfer so it should be easy, but because I am not used to those things I messed up (forgot to go back to their site after using paypal so they received my money but not my order) but they quickly helped me fix my mistake so everything was fine.
