* When did you order? Not sure, it was during Bubu's ordering period though.

* How was the communication? Good. It was a little confusing because there is a VAT tax line on the sales form, but US people don't have to pay the VAT tax, so it just comes up a zero. I knew all about that but some other US customers might not, then again I think they mostly sell in Europe so not a big deal.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, just use Paypal
* How long did it take to ship? They shipped as soon as they got Bubus which was a little bit after the company Bubus shipped. I was oK with the shipping time.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, it was just like getting a Bubu from the company
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, it came in a Charles' Creature Cabinet box, even
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes

The prices for US people may be a little higher than if you bought from the company directly, but I would definitely order there if, like in this case, they had something that I couldn't get anywhere else. They're quite reliable so I wouldn't be at all concerned.

* How long did it take to ship? - Longer than I thought but I quess the delay was from FL, not ThinkPink. I got my doll in end of August, so it took 3 months.
