Yes - the resin on both Nia and Thor is high quality and they are wonderfully well-sculpted. Nia's seams were almost invisible and his faceup was even better in person than in the pictures.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
No - Nia looked better. Though I believe the pictures for the Thor head were misleading; it looks much different without faceup, even more than normal.

VERY satisfied.

I help my friend to order the limited day dream lance last week with 2 wigs and 1 hat.

I have added 1 wig later and asked for combine shipping.

Crobidoll charge me $10 more for only 1 additional wig in my order!!!!!!

I have checked that the shipping cost for 1 whole doll + 3 wigs + 1 hat has no difference with 1 whole doll + 2 wigs + 1 hat (that is my original order)

I never know a wig will cost $10 more with any other doll companies.

and they even said it is me to make unreasonable request!!!!

It's not the first time I have problems with them....

1. waiting for 2 months for a few wigs
2. wrong size wig received
3. defect wig received

I'm now extremely angry with crobidoll customer service and warn you guys think twice before buying from them!!!

I added second item to the shipment through e-mail. The reply was very quick and helpful. I had to pay $10 extra for the added item, but it was added to my existing shipment without any problems or hitches. I actually received the item within 3 days after an email was sent confirming shipment. I am very happy and will be ordering from crobidoll again.

The only thing is that I did not receive the extra points for the wig. But I am ok with that, as long as I got my items
