There was no need for real communication. But since Ebay didn't group my items into a single order (for the combined shipping fee), I did send them a message asking for an invoice. They invoiced me with the correct shipping fee next day.

They invoiced me with the correct shipping fee on Feb. 20th, and sent the package in the 21st. Two days total to ship, and it arrived in 8 days via Registered Airmail (to Peru! I was amazed at how fast it reached me.)

Definitely. The clothes are very well made and high quality.

4 days. It was shipped on the 5th of October and I got the package on the 11 due to Canadian holidays.

The particularly expensive item in my order were the rocking horse shoes. I absolutely love them. They have wooden soles with rubber (which will probably help with stability when standing) and velvet ribbon ties. They look really good and seem well made. I was pleased with the rest of the items as well. They were machine serged, nicely packaged and I liked the fabrics and details.

Exactly or even better. The colours looked like they did in the photos as did the fabrics and materials. Specifically the rocking horse shoes and the black and wine wig. They looked much better than I hoped for.

Extremely. I got the promotional magazine gift and they sent me a msd sized beanie as another gift. I thought that was really nice of them.
