I paid through bank transfer as they don't accept other types of payment. I paid after received the mail notification about my order and all other info (account to place the payment etc) … I placed payment and made the bank transfer at 25/8/2009
After that, I waited thinking that everything was ok … I didn’t get a mail for 20 days … Dollzone says that a doll needs about 20 days to be made , the 20th day instead of a shipping notification I received a mail saying me that the doll is ready but they haven’t yet received the money. I believed they were saying the truth and that the transfer had somehow gone wrong, I login into my bank account and download a file which said that I paid the money for the dolls and the date. I sent it & also said to them that I’ll go to the bank to find what happened. I was not much in worry because If it was a bank problem it could be easily solved.
I went to my bank saying that there was a delay in transfer, the clerks told that the transfer had been made normally and money
had left Greece long ago for sure, so I had to contact again dollzone. I said to them what clerks told me in bank, and that all this might was a delay (a weird delay), they responded into the same style as before some days after that the payment is still not there. So I went to the bank to ask again. In bank they checked and asked me If I’m sure that those people are saying the truth I responded that I believe them.They said that If it is stuck it must be in a middle account dollzone use(the money pass from NY and then go to China) , we got informed it was a file that shown as stuck there , the supervisor/director said this will be fixed in the week…
All this done by ME, dollzone did purely nothing to fix this EVEN if the problem was into THEIR “middle” account in NY …
I said to dollzone that payment was probably stuck into their account in NY and will be ok in a week. Some days after, Jessie/dollzone told me that they haven’t received them (at 24/9/2009). I was even positive to sent a second payment with western union if the payment remain stuck for more (and not arrive in destination-their Shenzhen account) & if my bank could reverse the 1st payment (
a transfer not received/finished can be reversed If the recipient –in this case dollzone- submits a file he/she accepts that) … Monday morning I went first to the bank to ask another time ,
and they gave me a fax–receipt of my payment already TRANSFERRED to China the receipt got out for me at 24/9/2009 – (I received the receipt at 28/9/2009) !!!!
The money had left Greece in about one day and were travelling between THEIR accounts from the beginning, it also was possible that they had arrived in China earlier than 24/9 and the unclaimed file stuck was the 1st receipt for me (my 2nd receipt was also stuck for days there)… but for sure money were at China the latest at 24/9/09
I contact them to say that money are there & attached the receipt but they continued to claim that they haven’t received nothing when money was there for sure. The fact is that I did everything to make this process come through whole alone when the payment were into
THEIR banks & accounts …
I sent this receipt to dollzone by the time I got it saying that
the money ARE there and they have to go to their bank with reference number to ask for them… they responded again that there was nothing to their bank & that I have to check (?). I was at first worried but I thought it was a language barrier (and that they had somehow messed the payments and names) and explained to them again , (I also said I can't check what happened to their account - I only can check If my transfer is completed & that is completed), and again , and again
but they continued saying that payment was not received for more than a month/untill last mail.
One week ago I sent again the receipt & my bank payment file and said to them that they have not to wait for a payment to come=new money to bank account but
they have to GO to bank and ASK about this specific transfer with dates and reference number.
I also said to them that If they won’t come back with proofs of their talking or solution/dolls then I’ll leave them a negative feedback.
They never responded to this … so I believe the worst, first they didn’t even try to help unstuck the transfer stuck to THEIR account in NY, and second they deny that money are to Shenzhen account , when money are there…
For more than a month and more dollzone pretends that they haven’t received the money, when Shenzhen bank already have charged the transfer taxes/fees to my bank account (this means money are to Shenzhen, I asked bank fees to be charged on me & not dollzone) and this is shown on my online bank files… Thanks that I didn’t place a 2nd payment because this would be “lost” the same way...
They never talked about canceling order because then it should be a refund or fill the papers to reverce the transfer ,stuck or not ,
in case of canceling they should inform their bank to reverse THIS SPECIFIC TRANSFER, why not? I'd surely prefer that from losing my money.
I can’t interfere or reverse or do anything to a bank transfer which is ALREADY into recipients/destination account and they know it. I only can place a dispute (this is what they might not know)
They never sent me a file/receipt of their bank that proves they didn’t collect this transfer,
I have sent them a receipt that I placed the money and that the money ARE there, I couldn’t even believe their boldness to say so many lies. Last week as their excuses were not enough, and I talked about leaving feedback here, they didn’t even responded …
I believe now, even if I didn’t wanted to admit it to myself all this time, that my money got for nothing ,
that they got my money for giving nothing …
I also believe I lost any hope because in bank transfers disputes are very difficult to bring your money back or a true solution.
I’ll try from tomorrow to place a dispute through my bank, at least their bank will know what they do.
I’m sorry for writing too much but I get too screwed with that as 684$ is about a month’s salary for me (as for anyone in my group) and so a huge amount , I wanted to explain everything in detail, the last I’ll say is that
I will never trust again dollzone …
