- It was good, they answered my questions and helped me when I had problems.
- They also send me email notices on my order.

How easy was it to pay?
- It was a little hard at first (since I used Credit Card)
- But they suggested using the Paypal method which was much more easier than the above.

How long did it take to ship?
- It arrived on 8th of September
- I think it shipped on the 5th of September

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
- I think it's appropriate since everything is accounted for.
- The Heuksan set is perfect with no flaw from what I cna see.

Yes, it does!

About two weeks! I was so surprised and shocked at how quickly I got a shipping notice!

Definitely! Iple JIDs are amazing! The resin is silky and they are appropriately heavy.

Better actually. I was not all that crazy about the faceup in the website photos but she arrived with a stunning faceup!

It wasn't fantastic. I emailed about when to expect the package to be mailed after a month, and I didn't receive a response - although a few days later I did get notice it was shipping. So it could have been better but it wasn't terrible.

Very - just by paypal!
* How long did it take to ship?
Just over a month. I ordered on Sept. 1st and it shipped on October 11. It took a week to get here.

- JID Tania + wig.

How was the communication?
- Didn't need to contact them, so have no complaints here. They let me know via email when it had shipped, making all the times I'd logged in to the site to check my order kinda pointless.

How easy was it to pay?
- I used Paypal and just followed the instructions on what to do.

How long did it take to ship?
- It took a month before it was shipped and then was in transit for no more than two weeks, which is fairly good since I'm in New Zealand!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
- Given that I've never seen a BJD before this doll, I don't think I can say! There were no scratches or damage, and she could stand straight out of the box. There's really nothing that I can find to complain about. The wig was also of wonderful quality and I was really impressed. Super soft and realistic.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
- Yup! I ordered Option B, and found her faceup looks better than in the photos.

- Completely.

Most certainly! Iplehouse's products are amazing.

Product, yes... but when my doll arrived, the box had been water damaged in storage and was filled with black mold. The exterior box was pristine, which made it pretty clear that the doll box had gotten very, very wet long before it was shipped. I'm not sure how this got past Iplehouse as something that was okay to ship, unless they'd completed casting of my Claude and boxed him up a long time before I had finished paying for him, and didn't take a second look inside before shipping him out.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I sent Iple a message about my concerns with the water-damaged doll box and the extreme mold, but they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to have a nice day. So essentially, did not solve it or put my concerns to ease at all.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, despite the mold issue. Their sculpts are great and the product is really high quality.

Very polite and patient! I asked some dumb questions and had a panic over UK customs, but Iple were consistently polite and helpful.

About 6 weeks. They shipped on May 17th.

I've only had one BJD before these, so I'm no expert. They did seem lovely quality, better than my first BJD. My only issue is that the JID girl feet do keep slipping and I keep having to put them back. Everything else was perfect. Packaging, craftsmanship, and the face-ups exceeded my expectations.

Slight differences in face-up colouring, especially Tania's lips, but I was so pleased with them overall, that I really didn't mind about that.

After I bought my dolls, I stupidly managed to damage my Ryan's head! I emailed Iple telling them what I'd done, and that it was my fault, asking could I buy a new head. They wanted to see pictures of the damage first, and once they'd seen the images, they said it probably wasn't too bad but because I'd asked, they put up a special sale for me to buy a new head. Again the customer service was great, and the quality of the item was perfect.
