The sales pictures are quite a lot lighter than the actual wig itself.

* How was the communication? Amazing! Prompt and kept me right up to date ^^

* How long did it take to ship? Items took 12 days to make and about 15 to ship? It arrived Jan 12th. (Could be due to holidays ^^)

They didn't, so I contacted the seller and they agreed to a refund which I recieved as soon as the boots arrived back to Sun

* How long did it take to ship? Custom-sewn & shipped out within a few days of payment; it arrived in just under three weeks

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yep! Great quality, cute jacket in a nice red color just as I'd hoped, fits my girl well. The interior serging was done in white thread instead of red (same thing with a red shirt my sister had ordered in the past), but not a big deal as it's mostly not visible when worn.

Very good. She answered a number of questions I left on eBay regarding her items.

Yes, Sunny's items are all very reasonable, especially compared to doll company clothes, and because she doesn't charge for shipping.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, they were all exactly as described.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes! I love all of the clothes I bought, and they make an adorable set (underwear, socks, jeans, shirt, tie, vest, coat, and pajamas) for my Milo. Even the pants fit, which is difficult on Crobidoll R-line boys, who have large butts. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves on the shirt are a bit short, but they can be easily rolled up.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
No problems.

* Would you order from this company again?
Yes, definitely!

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
I'd prefer to buy directly from Sunny's World, as she makes all of her clothes to order, based on the measurements of your doll.

Good~ It was a GO, so she kept the GO leader informed throughout.

About a month or so, but this was a rather large GO.

Oh yes! The fur wigs were awesome, and the tiny shirt with real buttons is <3

The champagne wig was a little off, lighter, but the other fir wig was ok, and the shirt was ok.

Ordered and paid on Dec. 14th 2012.

* How was the communication?
Excellent! They answered all my questions quickly and politely.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. Used paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
It was shipped out on Dec. 21st 2012, and arrived on Jan. 7th 2012. It probably took longer than usual due to the winter holidays. I was actually a little nervous at first since I couldn't check how my shipping was going, despite the fact I had a tracking number, for the first few weeks but they helped set me at ease with their fast communication and really did everything they could to keep me updated.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
YES! Very appropriate. Or rather, it's amazingly cheap for the quality they deliver. Their silicone cap IS more expensive than most companies by price alone, but since other companies charge more for shipping I'd say it's actually cheaper in the end.


* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Even better! Perhaps it's because I ordered MSD-sized wigs, but basically the wigs look even 'fuller' than they do in company photos. And the eyes! I was VERY pleasantly surprised about the eyes. In all honesty, I just ordered their eyes because it was cheap and I wanted to test out how 14mm eyes would look on my doll. The eyes I got look MUCH nicer than the ones I saw in the company photos! The dome on top of the eyes do have a slightly funny shape and will look odd at certain angles, but for their price I think they look fabulous!
