Paid 3 July, shipped 4 July, received 6 July.

Directly from Dollmore.

How was the communication?
Good. I had the common Paygate blank page/double order messup and they responded to my message quickly and patiently.

How easy was it to pay?
Relatively. Paygate wouldn't load for me and I didn't know you had to initiate the Paypal transaction, but otherwise it was simple.

How long did it take to ship?
It shipped the day after I paid. ^^

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yep! It's all very neat and the jewellery is particularly nice.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Absolutely.

It was June 30th, 2009 when I ordered in the USA, but it was July 1st, 2009 in Korea.

Directly from the company!

* How was the communication?
There really wasn't much of a need for communication. Everything was pretty straight forward. They did send me e-mails to let me know they received my payment, and gave me a shipping notice, which I appreciated.

* How easy was it to pay?
I found it easy enough, and I'm quite possibly the biggest paypal idiot ever!

* How long did it take to ship?
The item arrived today, on July 6, 2009. So very fast!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so! But I also have no other doll clothes to compare it too...

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The shirt and the shoes did. The jeans looked a bit better in the sales picture, and I wish they would have shown they back of the jeans. But overall they look exactly the same. ^^

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes I am.

I ordered clothes (including jeans, a dress, skirt, stockings etc), some glass eyes, a wig, and shoes. (I should note they were all for MSD Tender Too and Bee A - I find some of the shoes to be a little on the big side for Bee A's slightly smaller feet, but the Van/sneakers fit her nicely)

* When did you order?
I placed the order on 15 June 2009, and received it about a week and a half later? It was to New Zealand, but I found it to be really fast!

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
Directly through the Dollmore website.

* How was the communication?
There was hardly any communication needed, I did send an email wondering how to pay via credit card because I was using Firefox at the time and didn't realise the page that was suposed to show up didn't! That Email didn't get a direct reply, I just got an email requesting payment through paypal.

* How easy was it to pay?
It would have been really easy if I had used Internet Explorer! Don't use Firefox when making a payment, its a pain ~_~ I ended up just paying with paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
I ordered it on the 15th June, and it was sent out on the 18th June. (probably would have been faster if I was able to pay right away) but no problems.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yeah I think so, I found the clothes to be nicely finished, and theres a bit more to them than in the photos. The shoes are really well made too!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
They look better

the wig I particularly love, I've had other wigs and they've never quite been what I expected but this one was even better than imagined.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Definatly! I even got free gifts including a pair of glass eyes.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

It wasn't my first time and it most likely won't be my last!

Absolutly! The boots actually look nicer than some of my own ... one pair of eyes looked rather shoddy, but they only cost me $0.50 so that doesn't matter.

I didn't need to use Q&A. I asked them to combine orders in the comments of the order, paid the amount by paypal, and it was confirmed within a few hours, despite it being a Sunday.

Very

Not long at all. I got a shipping notice by the end of the week.

Yes, but I only bought cheap things XD

All except for the eyes, which is understandable as they're not the easiest thing to reproduce the colour of in photos.

A beautiful quilted jacket, a Hello Kitty t-shirt, a pair of jeans, a pair of shorts, sunglasses, knee socks and a wig, all sized for MSD.

July 9th (although in Korea it was the 10th)

Direct from company using their English website. Though it wasn't the most convenient checkout system, the site worked flawlessly to complete the transaction.

* How was the communication?
N/A

* How easy was it to pay?
Though inconvenient, it was easy to pay. I used the PayPal option. I was hoping to see an instant PayPal screen, like the one that appears while checking out on eBay, but instead I gave them my PayPal account e-mail and an invoice was sent to me when the Dollmore office opened the next morning, so my order took an extra day to be processed. But everything was very easy, no hassle, no mistakes.

* How long did it take to ship?
My order shipped via EMS on July 11th (one day after the order was placed) and arrived today on the 14th, spending only 3 days in transit!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Far better. Dollmore clothes are a STEAL for the price!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
100%.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
More than satisfied -- I'm elated.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

Definitely, although I might look for a GO next time to help alleviate the hurt on my wallet imposed by international shipping fees. x_x

I don't think I'd ever need to, since the products are so inexpensive it would be a waste not to just get them new. But if someone was selling a huge pile of Dollmore clothes in the Marketplace, you bet I'd jump on it.

Shipped on the 24th and arrived on the 30th, so I was happy. ^_^

Yes, not sure if I love the eyes yet, but for what I paid, they were worth it. (liked the free eyes) The clothes and shoes are great quality and material, very durable and I love the carrier bag.

I am glad they will now send you an invoice via Paypal when you order! It's very easy.

Three days from payment to shipping, arrived 8/6

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
For the price I paid, yes. The eyes have a bit of warping around the sclera and there are two bubbles in the pupil of one eye, but it's barely noticeable in my doll and Dollmore does state that they are 100% handmade. The outfits are pretty good; I especially like the pants I bought even though they're tight on my Elfdoll girl (not their fault, she's got wide hips).

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes; the color of the glass eyes were just as I imagined even though the product picture is obviously Photoshopped.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
For the most part.

This is my fourth time and I don't plan to stop soon!

Awesome, anytime i e-mailed with a question i recieved a reply that same day!

Really easy, Dollmore has a good paypal setup which makes it more simple to pay quickly

Dollmore shipping is great, orders usually ship for me within the week i order them, or less.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
From my experience i havent come across an item that i didnt love from dollmore. You get what you pay for and i take that in to consideration when shopping with them, their clothes are great quality in my opinion and their accessories are really nice too.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The only thing ive had a problem with is dollmore eyes. I ordered a pair of pale blue but theyre basically a white color, the photos of acrylic dollmore eyes never tell the color correctly.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
So far yes, everything ive gotten has been satisfactory

Of course

It depends on the item but maybe. Its not that hard to get it brand new from the comapny.

How was the communication?
I received my order confirmation right after I order. When I posted a message about my paypal payment that night they answered early the next day when the business hours were open. Completely confirmed my payment and then shipped my package out the next day and sent me an email with my EMS tracking. I think the communication was fantastic~

How easy was it to pay?
Well I chose to pay by paypal, but because I typed in my non-paypal email address I didn't receive my invoice thinking it would bring me to a paypal checkout screen at the end of the order like when you use eBay

. So what I did was put a post on the Q&A board saying that I sent them the full amount through paypal to their paypal address, what my order number was and gave them the paypal transaction ID since I didn't have a invoice. As well as on the paypal payment, I wrote twice that it was the full payment for my order number. When they replied, they just confirmed my payment. I wish there was a little note on the check out screen for when you use paypal to type in your paypal email address in the email for billing/contact section in order to get an invoice sent to you >_>, that would have made it alot easier.

How long did it take to ship?
They shipped it out 2 days after I ordered (the first business day from when I ordered cause I ordered on the weekend when their business hours were closed). And I received my items August 21. So it was three days in transit ^^.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, completely!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, everything I ordered looked exactly like the sales pictures.

Yes, I am <3!

No... like others have mentioned the pupils on one pair (cats eye style) were quite cloudy and one pair was a completely different color to how it appeared in the picture.

They're ok...probably won't buy the acrylic eyes from them again

Hell yeah! Dollmore is not a very expensive company so I wasn't expecting the clothes to look as good as they did in person.

I know this is horribly cliché but they look much better in person.

It was very fast and fluent. The first time I initiated the order there was a problem and I could not choose the mode of payment I wanted, but they sent me the notification and a payment request through paypal. After posting on Q&A they cleared everything up and also later I enquired when they were shipping my stuff

How easy was it to pay?
Easy with credit card

How long did it take to ship?
22 days D: One week was used up because of their summer vacation*Bad planning on my side* Though some said it was long enough a wait. The package arrived in 5 days time.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Gosh where do I start? It's well worth the money!

Yes Yes very much alike!

Yes I am! I'm really happy with how they made the pants. It's wide and very easy to put on!

I just wished they had a smoother payment system. They should only send out the confirmation email regarding the items AFTER you've chose mode of payment, if not it's super confusing.

Good, except my mom kept trying to pester them with emails about whether he was ready yet but it kept getting returned. Not that I minded, I was being patient.

Very, very easy.
* How long did it take to ship?
I got the invoice the day after I ordered, and payed right away. shipping notice was 17 days after that, and he arrived 4 days later. yay!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
YESH. I should have asked for seam sanding, though.

For the most part, yes. the faceup on the site was far more detailed than the one I got but I love it anyway. Any other differences were just illusions made by my impressions of a non-present object.
